半生熟大人陪你熬心情 - 如何變成「成功」的時間管理大師—時間都去哪了？
脫離高中被規畫好的課表，大學校園生活充滿著自由的氣息。自由選課、社團、活動、研究室、休閒……族繁不及備載，有太多太多事情瓜分著我們的生活，讓我們不禁哀嘆某些瑣事像小偷偷走我們的時間。 某種程度上，大學生是掌控時間上初來乍到的新鮮人，脫離了家裡的掌控，除非天賦異稟，否則本能地就是放飛自我—像是因為周一症候群把課翹爆用力睡完整個上午那樣。 但出來混總是要還的，破了一個洞就要用另外花時間來補。怠惰、疲勞跟種種不可預期總是造成事情一再延宕。為此，我們想跟一些同學們聊聊他們如何運用時間、有沒有碰到什麼困難、面對自己種種外力因素干涉的時候怎麼試圖解決，又或者是否疲於奔命於未妥善安排的時間之中。 想成為「成功」的時間管理大師嗎？我們可以先聊聊再說。
