Anne Vohrmann: Begabung erkennen
Nicht immer zeigen Schülerinnen und Schüler ihre Begabungen offensichtlich in der Schule. Es lohnt sich ein Blick ins Detail: Was steckt überhaupt hinter dem Begriff Begabung? Bedeutet Begabung immer Leistung in Form guter Schulnoten? Wie können Begabungen im schulischen Kontext erkannt werden? Die schlechte Nachricht direkt vorab: DIE perfekte Merkmalsliste zum Erkennen von Begabungen gibt es nicht. Es gibt jedoch Beobachtungshilfen und mit Gespür und Reflexion können auch versteckte Begabungen aufgezeigt werden. Im Workshop kommen Sie ihnen auf die Spur.

Doch wie können wir sie konkret dabei unterstützen, ihre kreativen, analytischen oder kommunikativen Talente zu trainieren und zu entfalten?
