Thirty, flirty and thriving? Re-watching 13 Going on 30 while in our 30’s!
13 Going on 30 is a beloved romcom by so many, and is often a theme for 30th birthday parties (just ask us, we would know…), but does it stand the test of time? That is the question we are asking on today’s episode of Banquette Breakdown.
Jac turned thirty last month, and because of that, we wanted to share our thoughts on this classic movie in today’s episode. One major thing we noticed though? This movie is slightly concerning when you watch it as an adult. Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE this classic romcom… but thinking about it with a fully developed brain? We have some CONCERNS. But at the same time, you simply cannot beat the nostalgia of growing up watching this movie. Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo? Say less.
