閱讀分享04《骨質疏鬆&肌少症診治照護全書》
過了35歲,骨頭的質與量就會慢慢流失,而醫生也提到骨質疏鬆的人,通常肌肉量也不足。 為了避免骨質疏鬆嚴重時才被發現,體檢時建議也做骨質密度檢查。 目前療法有機會逆轉骨質疏鬆,早期發現,早期治療都還有機會讓骨質密度回升,總之發現骨鬆狀況一定要配合醫生的治療。 骨鬆到需要治療但仍未達健保給付的標準需要自費治療,戴醫生建議避免往後骨折高負擔,自費仍需積極治療。 女性停經後更要注意骨質疏鬆的風險,經常做負重的肌力訓練運動,曬太陽的戶外活動、補充鈣和維生素D、健康均衡的飲食、不抽菸、少喝酒等健康的生活型態。 不管家中是否有老人家都需要知道,保骨、維持好肌力,從生活中做起!台灣屬於缺鈣國家,要記得補充足夠的鈣質。牛奶、深綠色的蔬菜、豆類製品、堅果等鈣質含量豐富的食物要多吃,也要補充足夠蛋白質,年輕時開始存骨本。
