独自野球学～打撃各論①｢打撃における体の使い方｣
独自野球学、今回から打撃各論についてお話させていただきます。語っている内容は以下の通りです。・回転の連動は軸足（母指球）→膝→股関節→胸→上腕→手の順に行う ・ガイドハンドとなる肘と胴体はインパクト時点まで離さない（インサイドアウトへのアプローチ） ・インコース、真ん中、アウトコースのポイント踏み出し足（左打者は右足）の股関節に対し、垂直方向に1列である。コースによって打つポイントを遅らせたり、早めたりしない ・インパクトからフォロースルーにかけて、2種類のアプローチ（押し込み、送り込み）
