<p>今回は、千歳市の紹介です。昔、鶴がたくさん生息していたことから「鶴は千年」にちなみ「千歳」と名付けられたそう。北海道で１番深い湖「支笏湖」や、標高1041ｍの「樽前山」を有しているほか、陸上自衛隊駐屯地と航空自衛隊もあります。そして千歳といえばなんといっても北海道の空の玄関「新千歳空港」。歴史や特徴をご紹介しています。</p> <p>また、たくさんの鮭が秋になると産卵のために川に戻ってくることでも有名な千歳市。秋の味覚の代表でもある鮭は、鍋料理や、フライ、お刺身など色々なレシピで楽しめますが、今回は郷土料理の石狩鍋、ちゃんちゃん焼き、そして三平汁をご紹介します。</p> <p>案内役：谷川、聞き役：丹野でお届けいたします。</p>

<p>日本一早く紅葉が始まる北海道。今回は、10月中旬～11月上旬に楽しめる道南の紅葉名所をご案内します。</p> <p>まずひとつめは、函館から北に30キロのところにある大沼国定公園です。火山の駒ヶ岳とそれを映す大沼湖、小沼湖、尊菜沼からなる景勝地で、遊歩道もあり紅葉を楽しむのに最適です。２か所目は見晴公園内にある函館香雪園。函館市内や湯の川温泉からも近く、アクセスに便利な国指定名勝で、約100ｍ続くカエデ並木は圧巻です。</p> <p>また、食欲の秋ということで紅葉狩りと一緒に楽しみたいグルメもご紹介。大沼公園の大沼・小沼をイメージして作られたという「元祖大沼だんご 沼の家（ぬまのや）」の大沼団子は、「あんと醤油」「胡麻と醤油」の２種類。串団子ではなく、爪楊枝でいただく一口サイズのだんごは大沼ならではのスタイル。また、店内では大沼名物ワカサギのイカダ焼きも販売されています。</p> <p>今年の秋のおでかけにぜひ参考にしてみてください。案内役：丹野、聞き役：谷川でお届けいたします。</p>

<p>今回は、日本最北の村で北海道一広い村「猿払村」のご案内です。今ではホタテ漁で“日本一裕福な村”となった猿払村。そこに至るまでの苦労を重ねた歴史と、現在のホタテ漁について丹野ガイドがお話しします。</p> <p>猿払の味覚紹介は、乳製品とホタテ！実は酪農も盛んな猿払村では、牛乳やアイス、バターなど乳製品も美味しくいただけます。そしてホタテは、生でいただくだけじゃない。ごはんのお供「ホタテ海苔（佃煮）」や、珍味、カレーなどいろいろな食べ方を楽しめます。丹野ガイドによるお料理コーナー「干し貝柱の炊き込みご飯の作り方」もありますよ。</p> <p>案内役：丹野、聞き役：石川でお届けいたします。</p>
