Nick reflects on his refereeing journey, from starting out as a schoolboy referee at Wellington College after deciding playing was no longer the best fit, through to representing New Zealand on the international stage. </p><p></p><p>Nick talks about the standout experience of his career so far, officiating at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, including the atmosphere of refereeing in France in front of huge crowds and why that remains his number one highlight to date.
