Ins Berufsleben starten, in einem Betrieb, der sich um die Azubis kümmert, sie gut ausbildet, an die Hand nimmt und den Azubis gleichzeitig die Chance gibt sich einzubringen, zu organisieren und selbstständig zu arbeiten – Genau das gibt es bei Palfinger in Ainring. Palfinger als internationales Unternehmen stellt grundsätzlich verschiedene Kran- und Hebelösungen her. Dafür werden Mechatroniker am Standort Ainring gebraucht, die ihre Ausbildung am Palfinger Campus mit allen anderen Azubis starten. Auch Kaufleute für Büromanagement werden ausgebildet und auch die bekommen einige Goodies vom Arbeitgeber. Eine große Besonderheit ist die Abschlussfahrt nach der Abschlussprüfung nach Italien, spendiert von Palfinger. Mehr über die Ausbildung erfahrt ihr in dieser Podcast-Folge.
