Motivation im Unterricht – Warum Lernen manchmal schwerfällt Moderation: Jessy In dieser Podcast-Folge wird das Thema Motivation im Unterricht aus pädagogischer und alltagsnaher Perspektive beleuchtet. Im Fokus steht die Frage, warum es vielen Schülerinnen und Schülern – insbesondere in der gymnasialen Oberstufe – schwerfällt, dauerhaft motiviert zu bleiben. Dabei werden theoretische Grundlagen mit praktischen Beispielen aus dem Schulalltag verbunden. Zu Beginn wird der Begriff Motivation erklärt und zwischen intrinsischer (innerer Antrieb) und extrinsischer Motivation (äußere Anreize) unterschieden. Beide Formen spielen im schulischen Kontext eine wichtige Rolle. Besonders in der 12. Klasse können Leistungsdruck und Zukunftsfragen die Motivation beeinflussen. Zusätzlich werden Faktoren wie Überforderung, Unterforderung und Ablenkung betrachtet, die häufig zu Motivationsverlust führen. Ein Interview verdeutlicht, dass Motivation besonders dann entsteht, wenn Schülerinnen und Schüler aktiv am Unterricht beteiligt sind und Inhalte als sinnvoll wahrnehmen. Abschließend werden Methoden wie Projektarbeit, Gruppenarbeit, digitale Medien und Feedback als Möglichkeiten zur Motivationsförderung vorgestellt. Fazit Motivation ist eine zentrale Voraussetzung für erfolgreiches Lernen. Sie wird durch verschiedene Faktoren beeinflusst, darunter Unterrichtsgestaltung, persönliche Interessen und individuelle Ziele.
