So there was easily things I could have done to make $200,000, like raise my rates because I didn't. Installing Google AdSense, that was another $100,000 a year. We did the math, we had the analytics, we could have made $100,000, but I was like, I don't want those little hyperlinks showing up in my forum. It might annoy people. But I didn't think of that as $500,000. I thought it was like, it's 100,000, I'm good, I have plenty of money. But what happens when I sold it, they put those in and they raise the rates on these things over here and then boom, they got the money on it. […]
