Where We’ve Been, Where We’re Going - Celebrating 6+ Years With Our Last Show

We are so humbled and grateful here at the Be Healthy in a Hurry podcast that we have been able to bring you messages about health from our own life missions, as well as experiences and expertise from our guests since the beginning of 2019 – over 6 years. Our life missions are to help people get healthy – naturally by learning from others and putting easy habits into practice. Buddy Lee does this through the Jump Rope and fitness, where he has worked with youth, adults, and Olympic athletes around the world, Betty Norlin does this through her teaching, training, writing, and speaking helping to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western approaches to health and going back to the basics, and Dr. Wayne “The Mango Man” Pickering who teaches about the science of food combining and how that has helped his many clients over the years for better health. We each have our areas of expertise, which sometimes overlap due to our life purposes. Dr. Wayne, on this podcast, has specialized in the area of nutrition, I, Betty Norlin have specialized in mindset and attitude, and Buddy Lee has specialized in the area of fitness. We are grateful to bring you the last session of Be Healthy in a Hurry, share with you what we have been doing, and leave you with ideas and tips you can implement into your lives going forward to live your best and healthiest lives, think differently about things, embrace challenges as well as blessings, and pay it forward in whatever ways you can. Show 26: Optimal Order: Secrets to Revitalizing Your Health - Part 1 Eyes and the Perfect Order

The Eyes Have It! When they say "the eyes are the windows of the soul," could it be possible that the eyes are really telling us so much more about what is going on in our bodies than we realize? Are there secrets that could help you revitalize your energy and your overall health? Learn about iridology, a study used by MDs in Russia and Europe to decode what the iris is telling you about your own health, and about sclerology, the study of the red lines in the whites of your eyes and what secrets could be revealed. Did you know that Howard Hughes had sclerology practiced on him in the 1950s and he predicted some day the eyes may be used as the Rx of the future? This show was originally part of the Optimal Order Season and first aired on 5-4-21.
