Most Women Ask Too Small — The Power of The Big Ask

Show Notes The Big Ask: Expanding Your Capacity to Receive In this heartfelt and expansive transmission, Mystic Ali invites listeners to explore the courage it takes to ask for more from life — without shrinking, apologizing, or negotiating their dreams. Many women have been conditioned to soften their desires, temper their prayers, and ask only for what feels “reasonable.” But the soul was never designed for small living. Through breath, reflection, and gentle self-honesty, this conversation opens the door to a new relationship with desire, worthiness, and creation. Mystic Ali explores how the nervous system often associates big desires with danger, causing women to edit their dreams and diminish their asks. By shifting identity and self-talk, we can reconnect with inner authority and begin to align with a more expansive reality. At the heart of this transmission is the practice of reclaiming the “Big Ask” — asking for overflowing joy, deep support, abundant opportunity, and a life that reflects the true magnitude of the soul. Key Takeaways Your soul was never meant to play small. Big desires are not selfish — they are expressions of life moving through you. The way we speak to ourselves shapes the reality we experience. Creation begins when identity shifts from asking cautiously to expecting expansion. Reflection Questions Where in your life have you been shrinking your ask? What would you request from life if you believed it was fully generous? What belief or pattern might you need to let go of to expand your desire? A Practice From This Episode Begin integrating the word “Of course.” Examples: Of course my life supports me. Of course abundance is flowing to me. Of course what is meant for me is already on its way. Let this simple phrase begin reshaping your inner dialogue. Closing Reflection Life may be conspiring in your favor more than you realize. The invitation is simple: Dream wider. Ask bigger. Allow more. And notice what begins to emerge.

Sigils, Curses & Psychic Static: Clearing the Field Through Heart Coherence

00:00:00 Speaker 1 Hello everyone, this is the upload I was talking about in the inner circle from the video that I just did. So what I'm being directed to share with you is something that's been coming up in some of the personal work that we're doing with our clients and mainly because it came up with Sean before the retreat and it's something I've worked with for a long time. 00:00:30 Speaker 1 but I think we're moving through the veils quicker and so some of these things that were lodged in our energy field that have been like operating not in our highest good, are coming closer to the surface so we can heal them and people are having massive healings and some of you might be some of those people who've had the healing so please feel free to share. I think it will help the other women who will be going through. some of these changes as well. And what we're going to talk about today is sigils and curses. 00:01:05 Speaker 1 and how the power of our inner heart coherence elicits these to be closer to the surface so that we can heal. And a sigil and a quote-unquote curse, a sigil is like an operating malware, you know, in our system that it's kind of encased in trauma or story. It can be related. 00:01:42 Speaker 1 to curses, but it doesn't have to be a curse. It can be a curse on yourself. that something you took on to bear like a cross to bear because you haven't healed but it becomes a literal block and it actually for me has a look a lot of times it appears like a disc, and it creates it usually looks like believe it or not like metallic looking but like dirty metal you know like something in a boiler room you know from the 1800s it just always looks. 00:02:16 Speaker 1 tarnished and weird but curses aren't always just derived from where we have thought about curses in movies as kids or people who practice magic a curse is a words against you and thoughts against you, And so we have these operating programs, but most of the time we don't have the awareness of exactly what they are, but we feel the fallout of it. And the fallout is how things don't happen in our life or how things become confusing or we don't have, we lack clarity, right? 00:02:55 Speaker 1 And so they don't have power over us unless we offer power over us. So we don't realize that we give power to these operating programs that are working against our energy field because we haven't healed the trauma or the belief that's carrying the intention of this offness. 00:03:26 Speaker 1 And so they symbolize. A carrier of a negative intention for you. And we're overcoming those distortions together. So they only really can hold influence over you, over your body, when they find resonance, frequency that matches. So you might be well past what happened to you, but still carrying the lack of forgiveness, the self-forgiveness. 00:04:04 Speaker 1 When people are in traumatic relationships, we can feel that those people have power over us, right? But the truth is that there's really only you and God. There's only you and the divine at work at all times in your life, unless you give your power away elsewhere. And so that's why we're going to talk about that because a sigil is really a focused symbol, but how it shows up is like that disc. But it's like a ball of energy encapsulated, you know, with feelings that are charged with a meaning that don't match your freedom, that don't match your alignment with God. 00:04:49 Speaker 1 They are more something that happened to a fear-based part of yourself. And then that fear-based part of yourself created its own little energy ball. A curse is a distorted intention, right? So one is like became a belief and the other one became a operating belief system that you took on. 00:05:20 Speaker 1 that can come from an outside person's judgment or cast upon you, but some part of you believed it through shame or through sadness or through threat, right? And they function like radio frequencies. So our emotions function as radio frequencies, right? So they're literally functioning on the same level of how we're broadcasting our frequency to our destiny, right? 00:05:56 Speaker 1 And they can only play if we, on some level, hidden. From what I've seen so far, these things are usually hidden operational malware. But we took on the heaviness and the density and the fear-based emotion that matches for it to be able to secretly and in hiding play out in our circumstances in our life. So there's one person and one essence that has the ability to eradicate this from your life. 00:06:35 Speaker 1 And that is you and that which made you. So since our divine creator gave us free will, a lot of the time we have to ask for that healing. But sometimes we do have spontaneous holy instance where we're just at the right level to shift what we believe in. just perfectly enough to have a holy healing that is more than we know to ask for. And a lot of times it comes up at just the right time, but it feels like the worst time. So it can create. 00:07:12 Speaker 1 a lot of pressure in our life. It can come at a time when we've been going through a lot of. distortions, confusions, fear-based emotions, anxieties, and it can create a lot of pressure. And that pressure creates the power of the breakthrough. It's really hard to believe that's happening when it's happening, but working with this a lot, I see that you're an overcomer, I'm an overcomer, and it's coming at perfectly timed to overcome this situation, and we just, the more we ask to be healed, the more we align our breath to be healed, the more likely it is that something is going to give, and that will be revealed, and the way through is revealed too. 00:07:59 Speaker 1 So when we become more coherent, those operating systems, they can't exist, so they kind of force themselves out of your system like a splinter. And so nothing like a curse or a sigil can override your free will. Did you know that? So just feel that. Feel what I just said. Nothing... like a curse or a sigil, can override what you know to be true in your goodness. 00:08:29 Speaker 1 So when we excavate that loveliness that we talk about in the five L's, when we excavate that and we call that part of ourself that was created in divine union with that which made us, then all of a sudden you're forcing that splinter out to be seen. And how it does is through the circumstances that seem negative, but if you can just stay with yourself, stay with the process, stay with your prayers, stay with your protection, 00:09:03 Speaker 1 then curses just don't work and sigils force their way out to be seen. And some of them, like what you'll learn about what Sean shares in this later video that we did today, she shares about one that she's had for 50 years and she came in with it. Um, and she's brave enough to talk about and share it. And she was her idea. So thank you, Sean. So when these things like curses and sigils are working, they are incoherent. Your good. 00:09:41 Speaker 1 feelings, the love, the inner authority, the inspiration, your creativity is coherent. So that's why we're striving for our heart coherence and your nervous system when it's dysregulated. Your identity gets fractured. So we'll talk a little bit about that more tomorrow, about how this affects your nervous system and maybe do an attunement with these concepts. 00:10:12 Speaker 1 and just keep it really simple today. That sigils. Sigils are always incoherent. Curses are incoherent emotions. And the truth of who you are and the truth of where your soul operates is incoherent with your heart. And that's how we become overcomers of these weird malwares that, you know, it's a bigger topic of how they get. 00:10:46 Speaker 1 here. But just to keep it simple, something as simple as just life trauma and things that might be resting in your hall of records, your Akashic records from the story of you, Herstory. Keep them at play because they hide and that incoherence feeds off of your fears. So we want to get to that incoherent energy, become coherent with our hearts. And then at that point, we can sync up in a way that, um, that our nervous system can. 00:11:23 Speaker 1 start evicting these energies from our life. And we'll talk more about that tomorrow. So I hope you loved this because I think once you start to understand this concept, you realize that these things have probably been operating on some level known or unknown and you, you and your relationship with creator, um, is the, is the way to exit that patterning. And it makes you feel really empowered because then you think all I have to do is, is do all. 00:11:55 Speaker 1 the things that Ellie and Sean are teaching us. And it makes you feel like I can conquer massive things in my life. So can't wait to hear about how you receive this in your field. And if you've been noticing as we start to talk about coherence and share about the retreat and the retreats that you might have been on in the past with us where people had spontaneous healings, how their coherence and releasing their patterning, which can be entities too. 00:12:27 Speaker 1 and darker forces, that you're always aligned to the light, always aligned to the light. That as soon as you call divine source creator in protection around you and ask for all false light to be eradicated, it has to listen. You are the authority in this plane. You have your experience. And that's what free will is all about. So we're going to get deeper into this tomorrow. But I just... Um... I just love that Sean brought it to us because she was reminiscing on her healing this past month. 00:13:03 Speaker 1 So we'll continue the conversation and I can't wait to hear what you think about it in your shares in our community. All right. Until tomorrow. I love you all very much.

   When Awakening Feels Inconvenient

00:00:00 So you're awakening. What does it mean? It's a time of transition. It's a time where spirit needs to show you all the places that are not congruent with who you're becoming. You're being called in a way to devote yourself into being of service to humanity. And sometimes. 00:00:37 we have resistance around that because we feel like we're already in service to our life, to our family, to our obligations. But the frequency of service is a frequency of allowance. And so there's a bit of constriction when we over-serve but haven't surrendered to service. 00:01:10 And I'm asking something of you that could be like the very straw that breaks the camel's back. If it's taken in the wrong way at the wrong time, because your heart has to open. The vortex of your heart has to become wider and bigger and more about the all that you are. 00:01:41 instead of the all that I am right now, right here as a three-dimensional person with a personality. And I think of the personality as our light and our shadow. The attributes that we've picked up over time that involve the karmas of what's happened to us and who's made us, these circumstances have made us become, I think, constricted in some ways, right? 00:02:18 It's also made us blossom and we're not shining a light on the smooth edges here because a micro shift isn't really about what you've already done. And I think sometimes we like to give our laundry list of all the things we've done in order to prove our worth and to avoid our shame. But those are two really harsh words. Like, there are certain cuss words that for me are like... 00:02:53 cringe worthy, right? When I hear shame, and I hear unworthiness, it's cringe worthy, because I must be working through issues of shame and unworthiness. And I think in truth, we all are. But we sit thinking that ours is worse. And it very well may be, you know, because we're at different parts of our road that we travel to undo the constrictions and the over tied up. 00:03:28 tangled places within ourselves. But also, our lives sometimes have been harder, easier than the other person's. And it isn't because of merit. We don't have an easier life because of merit. In fact, we have sometimes a harder life because of merit. So when I say serve more, I'm not really saying do more. 00:04:03 I'm saying do it with the heart of service. And something magical happens when you switch over into the heart of service of your life. Service of the one consciousness of all of humanity. Humanity, because there's a sharp edge in our boundary that we're not open to flow into service. 00:04:37 We are our container to serve is smaller. And so the boundaries of that. hit a wall sooner in our service and are overwhelmed but when we become more in our bodhisattva self which you really are a bodhisattva you've come here to help everyone get home there's a sudden expansive feeling and i think i really feel you getting it because. 00:05:14 what happens when i'm scanning and i have to talk about bigger concepts i literally can feel your soul in active time and i can feel constriction come up in somebody's field and then spirit will explain more i don't feel a constriction about you knowing that you're a bodhisattva you, And that you've come to bring all humanity home. 00:05:45 When I say that to you, I feel expansion. I feel that maybe your central column, because I can feel your central column as I talk, it feels like it went whoosh out, not pulled in and tighter. So I know when I speak to you about the heart of service, instead of it feeling like a boundary, it feels like a spinning vortex around your heart. 00:06:20 Now we know the heart is a vortex. Some of you may not know that because we have new people coming in all the time. But your heart, although it acts like a pump that moves your blood, when the heart muscle has been taken apart, That means kind of clipped at the valves that hold it together like a pump. What they see, it's a spiral. It actually rolls like a vortex from a very small piece and it rolls together and it sort of becomes this rolled up, spinning, spirally looking thing. 00:07:06 And, you know, they didn't just discover this. It's been a discovery that was made, I think, almost 80 to 100 years ago when they first started saying, this is an energetic thing. And I know when I say that you can feel it. And it's so amazing because when you can feel the vortex of your heart, you can feel the vortex of your body. So feel that change is that I'm bringing you into the vortex of your heart of service and breathe into that and allow it to spin instead of just pump. You can honor that the valves need to pump, the valves need to work, the electricity needs to work with the body, but it's the electricity of the vortex that moves the pump. 00:08:02 And so these concepts come of awakening. We're going to add that to the feeling in your heart and feel yourself how easily it moves into a less restrictive space where it doesn't feel like me telling you you need to serve more in order to be able to fuel the awakening that's happening in your body. 00:08:35 It feels like a, oh, it's sort of like a well. When we go to the well at the Harbor Springs, and hopefully all of you will be there with us at some time, there's this bubbling water coming up from the center of this beautiful circular well. It's a pump, but water moves like a vortex when it spins. 00:09:07 If you didn't have both, it wouldn't serve in the 3D the same way, would it? But we can't see on a molecular level how water really, when it's left to sound and vibration, it's going to wave, but ultimately it's going to spin when the energy is congruent. So your energy is the same way. So when we're talking about this 3D body, maybe we think of it as the well pump. It has to work as a tool, but ultimately, energetically, it has to work like a vortex. 00:09:44 of energy. And so when you stop trying to do things staccato, pump through life, using your manual well to get things done, then you become less mentally orientated. And when you move into the heart of service, you say, I can do anything. Because that which supports me, creator's energy, will only give me what I can handle. 00:10:17 And so maybe sometimes I have to pull back from my regular service-oriented duties, quote unquote, and I have to move into the consciousness. Of how do I open my heart up so much to my connection to creator that I become a flow. And in that flow is an openness. A realm of possibilities opens as well. 00:10:52 Feel yourself spin as I speak to you. Breathe. Let's breathe again. It's almost like different. Because we're used to using our mind to check the boxes. But when we move into awakening energy, it's very electric in a life-giving way. 00:11:23 When your mind is checking off your boxes of what you need to do. It's like a boom, like a fast heartbeat, right? But when your heart says, wait, I'm going to stop. I'm going to listen. Then whoosh, energy comes in. And then you look around and it's like, wow, I'm not operating from that place. 00:11:59 This is freedom. This is breaking free. This is phenomenal. It's amazing, right? Now I want you to allow me to amplify your central channel. And I'm going to go, uh, because your central channel can be tight, constricted, and controlling. so feel it you can feel it as i do that it's like oh my solar plexus popped open my heart got bigger. 00:12:33 whoa i got this flow coming in through my crown it's flushing out my fingers and my toes oh my gosh it's coming back around whoosh whoosh it's swirling around my body oh my goodness something's happening i'm letting go i'm becoming an active participant in my own spiritual awakening and from this remember we're talking about kundalini awakening right this is where. 00:13:08 that spark is it meets the collective consciousness and so beauty arises that's where pretty energy that's the realm of it you, That's where it arises, it thrives, and your true essence joins the party. And you start thinking, do I really have the problems that I think that I have? Well, yeah, from my mind, if I stay there. 00:13:39 But when I'm with all that is, I don't even know how it's going to get done. I don't even know how I'm going to attract what I need to attract to make these things happen. I don't know how I'm going to make my life bigger. I don't know what I'm going to be called to do. I don't have a destination. I don't have a plan. And I don't care. 00:14:10 And that is the feeling of the spin of the energy moving through your life. That is life-giving. And this, this is the feeling of the frequency of awakening in your body. And guess what? It's unlimited. You are an unlimited being. 00:14:44 You are more. You are more than you know yourself to be. No matter what space you came to, to this upload today. Today, right here, right now, in this now moment, you remember who you are. She knows. She knows her spiritual awakening. 00:15:14 What it feels like, the expansiveness of it. And in that spin, compassion goes, whoo, gets big. And from there, the sky is the limit. What sky? Right? There's no boundaries there. 00:15:49 And that, my dear sister, is heaven on earth. That is heaven on earth. My body's trying to cough. So I'm going to say goodbye. I love you.
