Life doesn't come with a map.
But every person we meet leaves behind clues, lessons, and experiences that can help us navigate our own path.
In my podcast, I sit down with leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators to uncover what they've learned along the way: the successes, the failures, and the decisions that shaped their journey.
Because the goal isn't to follow someone else's map exactly. It's to learn from it, create our own path, and leave a clearer map behind for others.
I'm Larisa, and this is be-teachable.
CEOs: How power shapes what leaders hear, and what they overlook.

What she won't let AI replace and what she gives back / Learning Without a Map #3
And this episode closes the three-part series with Clara.
What I find particularly interesting about her story is how one experience led to another.
Learning a new language became an opportunity to teach others. Teaching led her to discover new skills, build a business and eventually reach millions of people. And today, she's using everything she's learned along the way to help other women find their own path.
When you listed to her story you realise that Clara didn't have all the answers when she started. She figured things out along the way, often by putting herself in situations where she had no choice but to learn.
And I think that's a lesson worth taking away from this series.
We often wait until we feel ready, until we know enough, or until we're confident that things will work out. But sometimes, the only way to find out what we're capable of is to begin.
So, as we close this series, I'd love to leave you with one question:
What would you try if you stopped worrying so much about what other people might think? About status or economical situation?
A big thank you to Clara for sharing her experiences so openly, and to you for following her journey across these three episodes.
And remember, you don't need to have it all figured out to take the first step.
Stay curious. Stay teachable.

She Started With No Plan — Now 2.6M People Follow Her
When Covid stopped Clara's classes, she didn't have a content strategy, online business or roadmap. She simply started creating material her students needed. That small decision eventually led to courses, a business and an audience of 2.6 million people. We talk about learning because you have to, leaving work that no longer fits, redefining success and why Clara thinks opportunities behave like dominoes. Episode 2 of Learning Without a Map asks a simple question: how much do you really need to know before you begin? Next, we explore visibility, AI and what Clara refuses to automate.

LOST IN TRANSLATION? You’re Not Yourself in a Second Language. Here’s Why
What happens to your personality when you know what you want to say, but don't have the words to say it?
Clara and I both moved countries as children, so this conversation became much bigger than language learning. We talk about belonging, confidence, cultural references, making mistakes, learning through curiosity and the years of work people don't see behind becoming fluent.
Clara also explains why learning something new can teach you as much about yourself as the subject itself. This is Episode #1 of Learning Without a Map.
Next: what happened when Clara had to build an entirely new career without a blueprint.

HAPPINESS: You Have More Control Over Your Happiness Than You Think
Last week, Radiana challenged an assumption many of us grow up with: achieve enough first, and happiness will follow. But if happiness doesn't simply happen once we've checked enough boxes, what can we actually do about it? Today we get practical. We talk about self-awareness, energy, relationships, success, social media and the small choices that shape how we experience our lives. And we end where Radiana's own journey ultimately led her: to the idea that happiness isn't simply something you find: it's a skill you can learn.

We've Been Chasing Happiness the Wrong Way
What if happiness isn't what comes after success? Radiana's journey into the science of happiness began with one question: How can I excel without burning out? It eventually led her to build a happiness program at Google that reached more than 20,000 people. In this first conversation, we explore why happiness can influence performance, why success checklists can lead us in the wrong direction, what emotional regulation has to do with it, and why Radiana believes we should stop chasing happiness and start designing around it.
