[…] And so I was like, why didn't I just take the pressure off and lower the freaking bar as low as it can go? Like so low that I don't even have to step over it, you know? And it just made for such an enjoyable experience. And now I feel so grateful that I get to just start this race, that I just get to be here and that I just get to be a part of this. And so I pressure that in my life that is how I'm gonna start looking at it and I lowered the bar so many things but sometimes that over worker and that perfectionist get to me and and tell me the other stories that well the bar can be lowered but not that much you know the bar can be you know you can lower the bar but you're still gonna have to do this and this and that's and that's you know And just lowering the bar to the ground made me realize how much I am doing to go forward and gave me a really opportunity to celebrate the movement.
