How Ireland Turned Women into a Threat (with Dr. Belinda Vigors)
Irish women are unique - this is what the fascinating work of Dr. Belinda Vigors is showing us. While patriarchy has left its mark on women everywhere, the cultural history of Ireland, influenced by hundreds of years of colonisation as well as famine, nationalism and Catholicism has formed Irish women in particular ways you don't see elsewhere. If you have every wondered why you are the way you are and why it often feels so difficult to free yourself from the deep conditioning of 'ideal' womanhood to live your life, speak, create and grow on your own terms, this episode is for you! Review and Reimagine (Mid-Year Guidance)
