Navigating Grief: A Journey Through the Layers of Loss

Grief is one of the most complex, deeply personal experiences we navigate as human beings. It doesn't follow a timeline, it isn't linear, and it certainly doesn't come with an instruction manual. Through my own experience with loss, I share my own journey through grief following the loss of my pregnancy, and the many layers of emotions, realizations, and unexpected moments of clarity that have unfolded along the way. Even after receiving profound spiritual insight and understanding through a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, I've come to recognize something incredibly important: We can hold tremendous spiritual wisdom and still experience the full depth of being human. We can find meaning in our experiences and still feel sadness. We can experience gratitude and still grieve. We can understand something on a soul level and still have moments when our human hearts ache. And that's okay. 🤍 In this conversation, we explore why grief can feel so confusing, why there is no right or wrong way to navigate it, and the importance of extending ourselves grace, compassion, and gentleness throughout the process. We also explore the incredible gift of our emotional spectrum and why allowing ourselves to truly FEEL, rather than suppress or resist our emotions, is such an important part of healing. What we resist, persists. I believe that the depth to which we allow ourselves to experience life's more difficult emotions also expands our capacity to experience its extraordinary beauty, joy, love, and bliss. If you're navigating grief in any form, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't need to rush your healing, make sense of every emotion, or have everything figured out. Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself permission to feel. And remember that even in the midst of sorrow, there is still so much beauty to be experienced in this extraordinary human journey. Sending you so much love, wherever you are on your journey. 🤍

Healing After Pregnancy Loss | What a QHHT Session Taught Me About Soul Contracts & Love

In this podcast episode (also on YouTube), I am sharing a deeply personal look into my journey through pregnancy loss and stillbirth after losing my baby boy in May. During a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session in July, my heart was cracked wide open. The soul of my son came through to speak with me, bringing profound clarity around our soul contract, the immense power of prayer, and the transformative strength of unconditional love. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for the tapestry of life and the precious gift of being alive. My hope is that sharing this story offers you comfort, deep relief, and a sense of understanding, whether you have walked this path yourself or are supporting someone you love. OMG I Totally forgot to mention: When I share about Troy praying to keep me on Earth, this was happening 100% on a subconscious level—he was not consciously aware of it at the time, which speaks to the incredible power of our higher consciousness! Another profound insight I forgot to mention was my son sharing how much this experience helped him evolve as a soul. I also learned through a medium once that some souls choose to experience just a brief moment of a human incarnation—simply for the rich experience of it. He thanked me for the experience and said that my womb was so warm and that he felt so protected and safe the whole time. He also expressed how good it felt to experience human love. How beautiful is that? Knowing this has brought me tremendous peace of mind, and I hope it offers that same comfort to you. 🌌 Mentioned in This Episode: I talk about a previous experience in October of 2025 where my ET mom came through during a QHHT session. Radiant Thoughts Vol 1: Self-Love, Abundance, & Inner Healing

This episode is a high-frequency collection of 20 soul transmissions designed to act as a gentle, collective exhale. Deeply inspired by the legendary work of Louise Hay and her timeless methodology of subconscious reprogramming, these transmissions are structured to help you intentionally weed out old patterns of doubt or criticism and cultivate a rich, fertile inner landscape. Why this works: The Power of Neuroplasticity 🧠✨ We often fall into old, heavy habits of negative thinking without realizing the physical weight we are asking our minds and bodies to carry. But through the science of neuroplasticity, we know the brain is completely malleable. Your thoughts and words are constantly, quietly shaping your neural pathways and your reality. When you consistently feed your mind with elevated, radiant thoughts, the old, limiting structures simply dissolve away. What we cover in this volume: Part 1: Rooting down into self-love, nervous system regulation, and sovereign belonging Part 2: Shifting your paradigm into the infinite storehouse of universal abundance. Part 3: Melting away the illusion of competition and choosing collective inspiration. Part 4: The Grand Crescendo—moving through the world as an intentional blessing and recognizing the shared heartbeat in everyone we pass. How to use this episode: Think of these 20 concepts as fertilizing the soil of your mind. There is no need to force anything or try to memorize them. Simply let the music and the words wash over your consciousness, allowing your subconscious to pull in exactly what you need today. Loop it on your morning commute, during a quiet walk, or whenever your nervous system needs a beautiful realignment. I see you vibrant, healthy, and living a life filled with genuine joy. Thank you for walking this pathway of growth with me. Enjoy the journey! 🎙️ Listen in, soften your shoulders, and let's radiate from the inside out.
