Pop the Hood. Not Your Standards
As 2025 holidays are upon us, 2026 opens its doors. We’re politely (okay… not politely 😏) leaving negative energy, outdated dating rules, and everyone else’s opinions back in 2025 where they belong.
In this episode, Nicole and Suzy dive headfirst into starting the new year with a fresh, fearless dating perspective—from leaning into unexpected opportunities to meet like-minded men (yes… even right under your car hood 👀), to living completely judgment-free in your 50s era. Because let’s be clear: the only validation that matters now is your own.
Of course, we zig-zag off the speedway (as we do), but we always bring it back—with laughter, insight, real talk, and those conversations we’re all thinking about… but not everyone has the guts to say out loud.
If you’re done explaining yourself, done shrinking, and ready to step into your next chapter with confidence, curiosity, and a little chaos—this one’s for you.
✨ New year. New energy. Same unapologetic you. From our bed to yours.

And then… the munchies hit. HARD.

EP 13: Exes Won’t Move Out — The Bush Comeback?—Hollywood Gossip
Exes Won’t Move Out — The Bush Comeback?—Hollywood Gossip Buckle up and join the gummy ride, because Episode 13 takes you everywhere you didn’t expect — and everywhere you secretly wanted to go. Nicole and Suzy dive straight into the wild new trend of couples divorcing but still dating while living together (yes… it’s a thing, and we have thoughts), plus what it really takes for a woman to finally exhale in life without apologizing for it. We unpack the forward-thinking brains of women — the kind that never shuts off, even when we beg it to — and then we ask the biggest question of the week: ➡️ Are bushes coming back in style thanks to Kim Kardashian’s new underwear line? Because honestly… Hollywood is out here influencing more than our wardrobes. Speaking of Hollywood, we’re spilling the latest gossip, poking the bear of TikTok culture that Gen X cannot ignore while raising kids, and dropping hot takes on how to keep generational wealth flowing instead of disappearing. It’s bold. It’s messy. It’s honest. It’s Bedroom Confessionals. 👉 Watch, follow, and listen to Bedroom Confessionals wherever you get your podcasts. EP12: Dating & AI Detectives, Exes Fantasy Mishaps, & Plastic Surgery
Fantasy Mishaps, Plastic Surgeries, & Welcome To AI Modern Dating.
In this episode of Bedroom Confessionals, Nicole & Suzy dive headfirst into the wonderfully chaotic circus that is dating today. We’re talking everything from AI detectors for dating bios—yes, Suzy is out here scanning profiles like an FBI agent—to deciding whether someone’s plastic surgery is a slay or a hard pass.
Then it gets spicy.
Because when you’re dating? You might just grant a partner’s fantasy… but be VERY careful which beast you unleash. Some fantasies don’t go back in the cage, honey.
Do we sit in judgment of plastic surgery in the dating world of over 50? who are you to judge either way? How about fat shaming?
And if that’s not enough? Suzy wingman in dating is her own ChatGPT agent, and honestly, we support it. Loyalty, consistency, emotional availability? We’ll take it.
From our bed to yours — buckle up.
This is over-50 dating, AI-powered intuition, and fantasy-fueled chaos at its finest.

Ep11: From F-U-P-A to Grunters: Bedroom Hot Takes
Bedroom Etiquette 101: Volume Control, FUPA Love & Curves Men Crave 😈💋”
In this unapologetically real episode, Nicole and Suzy dive straight into Bedroom Etiquette — the do’s, the don’ts, and the “for the love of God, keep it down… or don’t.”
We’re talking how loud we actually want our man to be, what real communication looks like in the moment, and why a little vocal confidence can go a long, delicious way. 😉
Then we get personal and powerful:
✨ Embracing your FUPA instead of hiding from it
✨ Why women are so damn hard on their bodies
✨ And the truth men won’t stop telling us: they LOVE the curves, the softness, the realness.
It’s sultry, it’s sassy, it’s vulnerable, and it’s everything Bedroom Confessionals stands for — women in their 50s owning their bodies, their pleasure, and their power.
From our bed to yours… here’s your reminder that healing isn’t holding you back — it’s preparing you for the most incredible love story of your life. 💋✨

Ep10: Redos, Respect & a Little… Service
Welcome back to Episode 10, where Nicole and Suzy keep it REAL, RAW, and just the right amount of inappropriate.
This week we dive into the truth about life after 50—because let’s be honest, the idea of a “redo” sounds cute… until you realize the journey is freaking exhausting. 😅
Then we slide straight into Acts of Service, and yes… we go there. Because for some women, acts of service means taking out the trash, and for others… it means giving a BJ. 🤷♀️💋
We’re not judging. We’re just talking. Boldly.
And finally, we break down why women over 50 aren’t dropping panties for any man who blinks at them. These days…
we need R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
If we don’t respect you?
You’re not getting anywhere near our sheets, our time, or our energy. PERIOD.
From our bed to yours—grab your wine, settle in, and get ready for another unfiltered confessional.

The ladies kick things off with The Welcome Box — because who doesn’t love a grand entrance? Then it’s straight into Jackhammer or Lawnmower to ‘O’ territory, where finesse beats force every time.
They dive into The No-Dic Zone and why sometimes the hottest energy is the one that doesn’t involve a man at all. Suzy is calling out the need for emotional validation, while Nicole drops truth about where the moving truck lands — and why no woman should be unpacking her life in someone else’s house before she’s ready. Finally, they wrap it up with Digging Your Feet in the Sand, a reminder that standing your ground can be sexy as hell. It’s unfiltered, unedited, and unapologetically Bedroom Confessionals — from our bed to yours.
