What happens when you grow up in Piemonte wine country… and decide you’d rather have a beer?
CC sits down with Alberto Panero from Birra Baladin (https://www.baladin.it/), joined by Sebastian from AMKA, to talk Italian beer culture, food, wine, cider, 30 years of Baladin – and the philosophy behind making “beer for wine lovers.”
And then there’s the final question…
The Grim Reaper is at the door. One last beer.
Alberto’s choice?
Guinness! ❤️

134. Grand Central and Forager at Brewskival 2026
Sometimes the best beer conversations aren’t interviews at all.
In this episode of Beer Bubbles Podcast (https://linktr.ee/beerbubbles), Oliwer (https://www.instagram.com/oliwerutaninsta/) and CC (https://www.instagram.com/cc_beer_guru/) sit down with Eric from Grand Central Brewhouse (https://www.grandcentralbrew.com/) and Austin from Forager Brewery (https://www.foragerbrewery.com/), turn on the microphones and simply let the conversation flow.
No formal Q&A. No list of prepared questions. Just four beer people talking about beer, brewing, ideas, experiences and everything that comes up when people who genuinely care about what they do get the chance to sit down together.
It’s relaxed, nerdy, spontaneous and exactly the kind of conversation we love at Beer Bubbles (https://linktr.ee/beerbubbles).
So grab yourself something good, settle in and join Oliwer, CC, Eric and Austin for half an hour of proper beer talk.

133. Brewskival 2026
CC and Oliwer headed to Helsingborg for Brewskival 2026 – three days filled with great beer, familiar faces, new friendships and conversations with brewers from around the world.
In this special festival episode, they sit down with the people behind RYGR Brygghús (https://rygr.no/), Varvar Brew (http://varvarbrew.com/), Monkey Brew (https://monkeybrew.no/), Pühaste (https://puhastebeer.com/) and Good Word Brewing (https://goodwordbrewing.com/) to talk about their breweries, their beers and what brought them to Helsingborg.
And, of course, no visit to Brewskival would be complete without a conversation with the man behind the festival and the owner of Brewski – The Great Human Project (https://www.brewski.se/), Marcus Hjalmarsson. Sadly, CC’s microphone decided not to cooperate during that interview, so we apologise for the sound quality. But it’s Marcus we want to hear, right?
Pour yourself something special and join CC and Oliwer for another round of Beer Bubbles.
