[…] And this is going to be different for every person. It's going to be different for every business. But we quickly learned that there were some things that we wanted to change that seemed that they would just be only positive, net positive for everyone involved. So we did those. I think it's generally good to not make too many changes too quickly. But I also wouldn't restrict yourself to an arbitrary timeline if you do identify something that's going to be awful. It was in months 4 or 5 where we started making some pretty big changes. So we switched out the CPA, we hired a new CPA, we switched softwares, we moved from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
