[…] Tim Curry wasn't just an actor who happened to sing in one famous movie. He was actually trying to be a musician seriously for years, and mostly the world didn't notice at the time. It took Joe Bonamassa, decades later, being introduced to an obscure song from 1978 to prove that somebody was paying attention, even if it was decades after Curry's song was released, and that the song was every bit as good as Curry believed it was when he recorded it.
