[…] It's been one of the biggest stories in finance over the last few years. How does owning BDC bonds, given investors, never heard of a BDC bond, like access in a way to that market? Yeah, so I like to say it's tangented to the private credit market. This ETF does not own the direct loans that these BDCs are making to these small and medium-sized companies. It's the bonds that they're issuing to get the capital so they can then lend out to these small and medium-sized companies. But that actually has some structural protections in place and why we like these bonds. So BDCs by law actually can only leverage up their balance sheets a max two to one. […]
