Hola and welcome back from Cabo San Lucas!
In this episode, Kelsey and Robin take you inside a one-of-a-kind FAM trip hosted by CURATE California for a small group of wedding planner members at Chileno Bay Resort and Residences who hosted a spectacular and unmatched 5 star experience that exceeded everyone’s expectations!
With a fantastic team of vendors on their side, Kelsey took to curating two wonderful dinners across the Chileno and Esperanza properties. With that comes the perk of working closely with Del Cabo Weddings and Events owner, Yahwe. We speak with Yahwe today about his love for love, his passion for creating events and his skills for seeing gaps in the wedding industry and mending them with his special talents for rentals, design and aesthetics. We chat all things Cabo San Lucas weddings and learn more about the heart behind Del Cabo Events 20 year anniversary this month! Yahwe’s company spans across rentals, planning and floral with multiple companies under his guidance, Ya Ya Rentals, Aria Vera Floral and Del Cabo Weddings. We can’t wait to return to one of our favorite places, where weddings are flourishing and an industry stronger than ever remains here to back them!

#60 |Personalization Sensation Whitney of The Haute Press
The personalization sensation, Whitney of The Haute Press is on board for today’s episode!! Join us as we chat about the world of calligraphy and personalization. Artistry, swells, lines and fleurishes abound! Listen in as we spill the calligra-tea!
Whitney shares how personalization has changed the event world and brought a level of connection to what clients can offer their guests. From customized calligraphy, to art on perfumes and bottles of wine, Whitney can make anything a work of art. She creates a truly special moment that technology can not offer. Controversially we discuss how calligraphers and artists often get left behind in getting tagged and credited on social media posting and weddings publications! We also discuss how an iconic brand, which we won’t mention, is fighting back against the personalization world. Tell us what you think!?
Whitney partners with planners, brands and stationers to bring timeless calligraphy and art to life. Hot hint! Whitney has a class on bottle painting and calligraphy at www.learncalligraphy.com. Big news coming soon too! Stay tuned, you might be learning these techniques sooner than later!!
