[…] And the judge has denied a closed arraignment. And there's a very high legal standard that will get you to a closed arraignment. And they said that KJ does not meet the standard. So it's not going to be closed. So people can go to this arraignment. The court did grant KJ's request to limit the photos and videos recorded by the media to just what was absolutely necessary. And the juvenile court records are going to remain sealed. But I still think it is such a setback that it's not going to be a closed courtroom. So you can't just have a closed courtroom. You have to prove a reason why. So KJ, my boy, it's going to be open court season for you. […]
