   BEING INSPIRED by Q, May 23, 2026

Being Inspired By Q with Q Friends Present in the Light: Aloha, Beverly, and Jamie on Gratitude, Soul Family, and Choosing a New Path Aloha and Beverly Gather at All the Way Live In this episode of Being Inspired by Q, host Aloha is joined in person by co-host Beverly at All the Way Live in Philadelphia. Beverly opens by reflecting on gratitude, numerology, service, past relationships, and the lessons she believes each life experience has given her. She describes the restaurant as one of the places where she serves others, meets people going through meaningful experiences, and discovers deeper aspects of herself through connection. Aloha joins her in celebrating nature, rainy spring weather, energetic awareness, spiritual expansion, and the joy of being together in the same physical space rather than connecting from far apart. Food, Service, and the Energy of a Shared Space Aloha and Beverly devote much of the early discussion to the atmosphere they experience at All the Way Live. Aloha describes an evening gathering after the restaurant closed, when a small group remained together discussing light, love, health, and personal transformation. Beverly says the experience was shaped not only by the food, but by the intentions and loving service of the people who prepared it. She explains that everyone in the kitchen, from the cooks to the dishwasher, contributes to what she experiences as the restaurant’s positive energy. Aloha also recounts speaking with a man who eats regularly at the restaurant and who told her that the food and community had changed not only his body, but his thinking, emotions, and love of life. Jamie Returns to Discuss Spiritual Inclination and Her Move to Oregon During the program, Jamie arrives at the restaurant and joins the conversation. Aloha explains that Beverly had interviewed Jamie on the previous week’s show and that Jamie is preparing to graduate from high school. Jamie says she has written approximately 332 pages of a book titled Spiritual Inclination, which she describes as centered on spirituality. She also shares that, the day after graduation, she plans to fly from Philadelphia to Eugene, Oregon, even though she has not yet finalized her housing arrangements. Jamie says she feels called toward Oregon because of its natural environment and sees the move as an opportunity to follow her inner direction, embrace uncertainty, and pursue the life she wants rather than remaining limited by fear. The Present Moment, Triggers, and Questioning Fear Jamie, Aloha, and Beverly discuss the idea that past, present, and future are interconnected and that people can change their responses while an emotional trigger is occurring. Jamie says many fears exist in the mind rather than in the present moment and encourages listeners to question thoughts rather than automatically accept them as truth. Beverly illustrates this with a hypothetical story about someone being told that a partner was seen talking closely with another person; she argues that people can become jealous or angry based on an embellished account without knowing what actually happened. Together, they emphasize pausing, remaining present, observing rather than reacting, and avoiding the adoption of other people’s perceptions as one’s own reality. Compassion, Boundaries, and Seeing Beyond Hurtful Behavior The conversation shifts toward handling criticism, conflict, and negative behavior. Beverly says she now tries to recognize pain underneath hurtful remarks rather than immediately responding with anger. She shares examples of children she has encountered who appeared disrespectful or reactive but responded positively when she treated them with patience, dignity, and honest guidance. Jamie agrees that compassion is important, while also stressing that people need boundaries and do not have to remain close to behavior that harms them. The speakers discuss forgiveness, self-respect, loving people from a dist

Being Inspired By Q with Q Friends The Art of Presence: Navigating Life through Gratitude and Awareness This dialogue between Beverly and Aloha explores the profound shift in perspective that occurs when one moves from future-oriented anxiety to a state of mindful presence. By examining everyday structures—from train stations to social rules—the speakers illustrate how gratitude and self-responsibility can transform challenges into opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. Finding Beauty in Precision and Order The conversation begins with Beverly reflecting on a serene early morning at a Philadelphia train station. She describes a newfound appreciation for the "math" and craftsmanship behind public infrastructure, noting that being present allowed her to see the precision of the construction and the "brilliant souls" who orchestrated it. This awareness extends to the rules of the road; Beverly shares how following traffic laws, such as lane-change markings, replaced her habitual future-based anxiety about missing exits with a sense of peace and flow. Aloha echoes this, emphasizing that experiencing these structures in the quiet of the early morning offers a unique opportunity to enjoy architectural beauty without the "noise" of daily traffic. The Elevation Exercise: Gratitude as a Catalyst Aloha introduces the "Elevation Exercise," a practice of applying gratitude to every aspect of life—including challenges like unwanted bills or past traumas. She explains that gratitude acts as a catalyst that shifts energy immediately toward healing and joy. By sending love and light to those who have hurt us, or those we have hurt, one can resolve "trauma" into "permanent non-existence." This shift is illustrated by Aloha’s experience of finding joy even when forced to move her car to avoid a parking ticket, ultimately leading her to a better view of the ocean. Personal Responsibility and "Growing Up" The speakers discuss the necessity of self-control and the pitfalls of the "ego," which often seeks to blame external factors for personal frustrations. Beverly shares her journey of "growing up" after her divorce, which required her to take responsibility for tasks previously handled by others, such as car registration and home repairs. She emphasizes that learning to do things for oneself—like fixing a garbage disposal or navigating computer issues—builds intelligence and confidence. This theme of self-reliance is mirrored in Aloha’s decision to navigate the Philadelphia train system (SEPTA) independently, discovering a more affordable and enriching travel method than a standard Uber. Overcoming Addictions and Preconceived Notions The dialogue concludes with a candid discussion on addictions, ranging from sugar and garage sales to Beverly’s past as a chain smoker. They define addiction as the inability to stop a behavior even when it becomes injurious. Beverly explains that stopping such habits requires getting to the "root" of why the behavior exists. They also touch upon the power of belief, noting that fear of the dark or "night air" is often a preconceived notion; if one’s immune system and energy are strong, external environments pose little threat. The core message of the discussion is that life is a meticulously organized journey where "there are no mistakes." By embracing presence, following the "rules of the game," and maintaining a high frequency of gratitude, individuals can navigate addictions, health crises, and daily stressors to create a world defined by peace rather than illusion.

Being Inspired By Q with Q Friends Finding Harmony, Transcending Life Through Energy and Nature This soulful conversation between Aloha and Beverly explores the transformative power of intentional living and the shift from a "mechanical" existence to one of deep gratitude. They delve into the healing properties of nature, the indestructible nature of energy, and the importance of reclaiming one's mystical origins in a world of "imitation." The Foundation of Presence and Morning Rituals Beverly emphasizes that a meaningful day begins with intentional order and presence. Her morning routine is centered on "sitting with herself" and physical purification, specifically using a liver-cleansing drink of warm water with key lime and lily of the valley tea. This practice allows her to remain grounded even when daily plans do not map out exactly as expected, fostering a mindset where "everything is as it should be". The Law of Energetic Attraction A central theme of the discussion is that "everything is energy." The speakers posit that relationships, environments, and even the people we work with are not accidental; they are drawn into our lives based on our own internal frequency. Beverly suggests that if one is unhappy with their surroundings, they must look inward rather than at others, as we are the "common denominator" of our experiences. This perspective shifts the focus from being a passive observer to an active creator of one's social and energetic landscape. Nature as the Original Healer The dialogue contrasts "imitation life"—processed foods, screens, and artificial goals—with the "original energy" found in nature. Beverly highlights the Dandelion as a powerful, free gift from nature that cleanses the liver and gallbladder, symbolizing resilience and strength. Furthermore, they discuss the science of "tree hugging," noting that trees absorb negative ions and energy from the atmosphere and can similarly help humans discharge negative energy when touched or hugged. Intuitive Living and the Removal of Filters Aloha introduces the concept of "elevation exercises," such as driving without monitoring speed or time, to rely purely on intuition. By removing the "filters" and rigid criteria we often place on our lives, we open ourselves to a broader experience of joy. They suggest that reducing our requirements down to a single desire—such as joy or peace—removes the obstacles to experiencing bliss in the "ever-present now". The Journey of Service and Karma Beverly shares a personal revelation regarding her past lives, noting that she once existed as royalty and was served by others. In this lifetime, her "work" and karma are centered on service. Despite initial resistance, she has spent the last 16 years running her restaurant, "All The Way Live," finding profound healing and purpose in providing healthy food and a harmonious environment for her community. The conversation serves as a reminder that we are not passive victims of circumstance, but "light beings" with the power to manifest the lives we desire. By returning to the "heart," which the speakers define as our true home, and aligning with the original energies of nature, we can transcend the "imitation" world and live in a state of perpetual expansion and joy.

   BEING INSPIRED by Q, March 28, 2026

Being Inspired By Q with Q Friends Guest, Beverly Mother Nature, Soulful dialogue on the Path to Inner Sovereignty Host, Aloha, and guest Beverly engage in a Soulful dialogue regarding the current "Singularity Event"—a 2,000-year cycle of spiritual ascension. The conversation explores how shifting one's internal frequency through presence, "house cleaning," and physical order allows individuals to reclaim their original nature as creator beings. The Continuous Shift and the Singularity Event We are currently moving through a significant "ascension cycle" or "singularity event," a transition that occurs approximately every 2,000 years to allow humanity to awaken from the "dream" of linear, dualistic existence. This process involves a continuous shifting of perspectives, where individuals begin to realize that external societal constructs—such as rigid educational milestones, status, and numeric assignments—may not be authentic or accurate. By observing the self, one remembers their original identity as a "light being creator source," capable of moving beyond the confines of planetary duality to experience the broader multiverse. Internal "House Cleaning" and the T-Chart Method To stay in the frequency of the heart, one must "clean house" within the mind and thoughts, clearing away old programming and distractions that interrupt joy. A practical tool suggested for this is the "T-Chart" exercise. On the left side, individuals list aspects they wish to release, such as the need for perfectionism, excessive thinking, or the "best" way to act and look. On the right side, they list their true desires, such as spontaneity, peace, and letting the heart act as a compass. By clearing the "debris" on the left, one creates a clear canvas to manifest the life of exuberance listed on the right. Presence vs. Absorption: The Common Denominator Personal responsibility is the "common denominator" in all life experiences. When individuals are not "present"—often because they are absorbed in distressing news or external conflicts—they lose their center, leading to mishaps like accidents or emotional outbursts. The speakers emphasize that while we cannot always change the world or the people around us, we can change our reaction to them. By shifting from "absorbing" negative energy to "observing" it, one can turn "base metal into gold," effectively de-escalating tense situations and altering their personal timeline through the law of polarity. Order in the Environment, Body, and Mind The universe is inherently orderly, and maintaining order in one's physical surroundings (home, car, workspace) directly impacts the clarity of the mind. "Sloppiness" in the environment often reflects internal clutter. Similarly, the physical body requires "cleansing" from parasites and "dead" foods to maintain a high energetic frequency. Beverly highlights that choosing alkaline, nutrient-dense foods—like those served at her restaurant—allows the body to reflect the harmony of the spirit. When the "inside" is clean, the "outside" life naturally follows suit, turning away "varmints" both literal and metaphorical. Manifestation and the Power of Intention The conversation concludes with the idea that we are creators who "energize" what we think about. By focusing on gratitude and specific intentions—whether as small as finding printer ink or as large as creating "more love in the heart"—the universe responds quickly in the current high-energy climate. The speakers encourage listeners to "declare" positive laws, such as the Law of Polarity, even when they don't yet "feel" the shift, as the declaration itself initiates the reversal of negative circumstances. Ultimately, the dialogue serves as a reminder that we are not at the mercy of external forces. By taking responsibility for our energy, maintaining physical and mental order, and choosing to savor the "present now," we can navigate the current ascension cycle with grace an

   BEING INSPIRED by Q, February 28, 2026

Being Inspired By Q with Q Friends Guest, Beverly Mother Nature, Art of Ascension, Energy, Nature, and the Path to Alkaline Living This dialogue between Aloha and Beverly explores the spiritual concept of ascension through the lens of energy work, nature-based healing, and the transformative power of an alkaline lifestyle. The conversation highlights how shifting one's internal frequency and dietary habits can lead to a state of "ascending elevation" and personal freedom. The Philosophy of Ascension and the Power of "Now" The discussion begins with a spiritual reflection on the nature of being, contrasting the traditional concept of being "grounded" with the innate ability to "fly" or exist in a state of high-frequency elevation. Aloha describes a mystical experience where autumn leaves appeared to dance in the wind without ever touching the ground, serving as a metaphor for the human potential to transcend the "old past" and live entirely in the "now." This state of being is described as autonomous and infinite, where individuals are encouraged to "reverse the reverse"—rejecting the idea of falling or limitation in favor of gliding and flowing with universal energy. Healing Through Nature and Foraging A significant portion of the dialogue focuses on the healing properties found in the natural world. The speakers recount experiences foraging for wild herbs and fruits in Pennsylvania, such as stinging nettles, mint, and the pawpaw fruit. They emphasize that nature provides everything necessary for human health, provided one is open to learning its secrets. The presence of seeds in wild fruit is highlighted as a symbol of "life force," contrasting with the seedless, processed varieties found in modern supermarkets. This connection to the earth is viewed not just as a physical activity, but as a spiritual alignment that strengthens and expands one's being. The Transformation to Alkaline Living Beverly shares her personal journey from a standard diet of "grease and sugar" to becoming a proponent of alkaline vegan cuisine. This shift was sparked in her 20s by a single book, leading her to eventually open the restaurant "All The Way Live." She describes how changing her intake on a cellular level altered her aura and energy field, allowing her to move through life with more presence and less judgment. The speakers discuss the specific benefits of fresh juices—particularly a combination of papaya, apple, and key lime—which provide a sense of lightness and high-vibrational energy. Practical Energy Work and Fasting The conversation concludes with practical advice on maintaining a high frequency. Aloha details her experiences with long-term fasting, including a 54-day fast (42 days of which were water-only), noting that such practices fine-tune the spirit and allow the "energetic being" to emerge. They also discuss the use of "commands" to direct life force energy and the importance of "unadopting" external constructs to exit the "production" of the physical world and live as pure energy. The dialogue serves as a reminder that health and spirituality are inextricably linked. By choosing "living" foods, engaging in intentional energy work, and maintaining a connection to the natural world, individuals can transition from a state of being "grounded" in the past to "flying" in a continuous, autonomous present. As Beverly notes, being in tune with oneself allows for a life that is "magical," "exuberant," and "free".
