You've been trying to work this out for a long time. The reading, the journalling, maybe the therapy, and hours of turning it over in your own head. Months keep passing and the distance between where you are and where you want to be keeps growing.
Twelve episodes on why thinking alone never reaches this, and what does. There's a guided practice built in, so at a certain point you won't just be listening. You'll be participating.
If you want to stop overthinking, feel like yourself again, and get clear on what you actually want, episode one is there.
Episode one is there.
You're sitting with some version of this sounds right, and I don't know whether it's for me. That's where most people are by this point, and it's a reasonable place to be.
I set out what the work is, what it feels like from the inside, and how to find out whether it's a fit for you. No pressure and no urgency.

Episode 11: This Is What It's For
One session showed you something, or it will when you get there. This is what it looks like when that becomes the way you live rather than a one-off.
I go through why that access is always there, what happens when the noise gets loud enough to cover it, and what life starts to look like when the foundation underneath it is solid.

Episode 10: What Becomes Possible When You Come Back
Whatever came up in that practice was real, and it was yours. The structure created the conditions. Nothing in it was put there from the outside, and if you haven't got to it yet, this one still stands on its own.
I talk about two people I've worked with. Both had already tried everything they could think of before they came to me. Neither of their outcomes was predicted by them, or by me.

Episode 9: The Practice
There's a question you've been circling without landing on an answer. This is where you bring it.
This is the episode where you stop listening and start taking part. Set aside thirty minutes somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed. No driving, no working out, nothing else running alongside it.
Before you press play, read the session guide. It covers what to have to hand, how to arrive prepared, how to set your focus if that isn't clear yet, and what to do when you come out the other side. It takes less than ten minutes.
Come back here when you've read it.

Episode 8: The Choices You Don't Realise You're Making
You're waiting for the right moment. Better finances, the children a bit older, some external thing to shift before you give yourself permission to start moving. It looks responsible from the outside, and you've got very good at convincing yourself you're not stuck.
There are two reasons people stop looking honestly at what they want, and from the inside they feel identical. I separate them out, along with what it actually takes to close the gap between knowing something needs to change and doing anything about it.

Episode 7: The Discovery and the Shift
You've stopped expecting anything new to make much difference. You've got your own number by now, and whatever comes along next is unlikely to tell you something you haven't already worked out about yourself.
I went into this to assess whether it was worth offering to other people, with no thought at all that it applied to me. It doesn't work through the analytical mind, which turned out to be the whole point.

Episode 6: I've Done the Work. Why Am I Still Stuck?
You've done the work. The journalling, the reading, maybe the therapy. Every one of them helped, and none of them moved the thing that actually needed to move. Somewhere along the way you started wondering whether the problem is you.
There's a ceiling all three of those hit. I go through what it is, and why nobody in the self-help world ever seems to mention it.

Episode 5: When Everything Broke
There's a thought you've never said out loud to anyone. For most people carrying this it's some version of having failed at something everyone else appears to have managed.
This is my own version of it. The year everything came apart at once, and what I was carrying underneath what other people could see.

Episode 4: Why Everything Looks Fine But Doesn't Feel Right
You're turning up out of obligation and wishing the days away, and you've been doing it long enough to know it isn't a phase. It goes quiet when you're busy, then a Sunday evening with nothing to distract you brings it straight back to the front.
I describe what that feels like from the inside, and why the circling you've been doing is not a failure of effort or intelligence on your part.

Episode 3: What Gets Worn Down When You're Not Looking
The voice telling you you're not quite ready, that you'll probably get it wrong, that other people seem to manage this better than you do. Nobody is saying any of that to you from the outside. It moved in a long time ago and it sounds like your own voice now.
I trace where it came from, why it stopped feeling like anyone else's, and what it has been quietly wearing down underneath everything.

Episode 2: How You Lost Touch With Yourself
You're measuring yourself against a standard you never consciously chose, and you're not sure who you are anymore beyond the roles you fill. There's no moment to point at when that happened. No decision you can identify that set the trajectory.
I go through how that happens, why the conditioning itself is not the problem, and what is.

Episode 1: The Answers Aren't Out There
You've been turning the same questions over for a long time. What you actually want. Whether the job still fits. Whether you're on the right path at all. You understand your situation better than you ever have, and you're no closer to resolving it than you were a year ago.
Underneath questions that keep circling like that, seven specific things have usually worn down. I name all seven and separate them out, including the one you're most likely to have noticed and gone looking for help with, which turns out to sit on the surface of something else.

Beneath the Noise — Trailer
You're lying awake with the same questions and thoughts running, and you're quietly exhausted from the effort of holding it all together. Thinking has solved almost everything else in your life, but there are some things it was never going to reach.
