The Conversations That Change Everything [EP13]
Let’s talk about the words that shape our worlds — the convos that crack you open, call you forward, and bring you closer.
In this episode, Tess and Tiana dive into the art of communication — in friendships, in business, in love — and why it’s the thread that holds our most meaningful relationships together.

Quarter-Life Questions, Saturn Return Fears & the Pressure to Have It All Figured Out [EP12]
In today’s episode, Tess gets raw (and maybe a little existential) about the chaos of being 26 and feeling like she shouldhave life sorted—despite being nowhere near her Saturn return. From craving both CEO energy and stay-at-home-wife peace, to wondering if building something now means burning it down later, this is a conversation that’s part therapy, part permission slip.
Tiana joins the deep dive, sharing her own reflections on purpose, procrastination, the evolution of business, and why long walks + podcasts might be the real key to self-awareness. They unpack the nuances of learning, leading, evolving—and what it means to not know (while also kind of knowing everything).
If you’re navigating the weird in-between of ambition, uncertainty, and “WTF am I doing with my life?”—this one’s for you.
Themes:
→ Business in your 20s
→ Saturn return myths and realities
→ Identity shifts, ego deaths, and the power of passive consumption
→ Building, burning, and beginning again
→ The magic of community and connection

We've invested over six figures in our businesses [EP10]
In this episode, Tess and Tiana dive into one of their favorite topics: investing in yourself — and why it’s hands-down the most powerful move you can make in business (and life).
From dropping big dollars on mentorship to choosing programs that stretch your mindset, we share the real talk behind what it actually looks like to back yourself financially, emotionally, and energetically.
We talk about:
The difference between spending money and investing in growth
Why your ROI starts with you
Choosing mentors who live the life you want (not just talk about it online)
What to do when an investment doesn’t go the way you planned
And how to trust your gut when making big decisions
This ep is your reminder that the best investments don’t just grow your business — they change your identity.
TAKEAWAYS:
Investing in yourself is the smartest decision you'll ever make.
People will drop $50k on a degree, but hesitate over a $1,500 course that could change everything.
The right investments build belief, not just skills.
Long-term mentorships often create the most transformation.
Your return on investment is your responsibility — no one else’s.
Energy, frequency, and proximity matter more than we admit.
Align with mentors who reflect your values and your lifestyle.
Every investment (even the “wrong” ones) teaches you something.
There’s no one-size-fits-all — try things and see what fits.
Your instincts are wiser than your fear. Trust them.

It's easy to go viral teaching people how to go viral (LET'S TALK CONTENT!) [EP9]
In this episode, we’re catching up on life, content, and all the chaos in between. Tess and Tiana get real about what’s been going on behind the scenes, what it actually takes to create content that works — and why going viral isn’t the flex people think it is.
We chat about:
Why a million views doesn’t mean a million dollars
The difference between content that pops and content that converts
Balancing smart strategy with scroll-stopping tactics
Creating content that feels aligned, on-brand, and actually calls in the right people
Life updates, business energy, and all the behind-the-scenes things no one tells you about content creation
If you’ve ever felt stuck between wanting to go viral and wanting to actually grow your business… this one’s for you.
TAKEAWAYS
Life is messy, full, and beautiful — and you get to hold all of it.
Face-to-face connection with clients can reignite your spark.
Virality isn’t the goal — aligned impact is.
Tactics are cute, but strategy is queen.
Not all high-reach content leads to conversions.
Tailor your content for the person you want to attract.
Your editing style should reflect your brand personality.
Intentionality > trying to beat the algorithm.
The more you understand your people, the easier it is to speak to them.
Quick hits won’t sustain you — build something that lasts.

The Masculine Edge in Business (And What Women Can Learn From It) With Cade Robertson
In this episode, we’re sitting down with the incredible Cade Robertson — coach, gym owner, and all round masculine man in business — to explore where the masculine meets the feminine within business.
We asked Cade the questions we wish more people were asking — from how men and women approach business differently, to what it takes to lead with integrity, back yourself unapologetically, and own your energy in every season.
This episode is filled with realness, reflection, and tangible takeaways from someone who walks his talk.
We explore:
Cade’s evolution in business and what’s shaped his success
How men and women show up differently (and what we can learn from each other)
The role of environment, habits, and community in sustainable growth
His biggest business mistake so far (and the lesson he carries forward)
Why women in business can (and should) claim more power, presence, and permission
This is a grounded, honest conversation that bridges mindset, energy, and entrepreneurship — and might just spark a shift in how you lead.

Our Biggest Business Mistakes (…So Far) [EP3]
Let’s be real — no one builds a business without stacking a few (or many) mistakes along the way.
In this episode, we’re peeling back the curtain on the biggest “oops” moments we’ve had in business — from ghosting offers and ignoring the tax man (Tess, we’re looking at you) to chasing what we thought we were meant to do (hello, corporate), instead of owning what actually lit us up.
Expect honest stories, lessons we had to learn the hard way, and a reminder that messing up is a feature of entrepreneurship — not a flaw.
We dive into:
Tess’s tax f*ck up
The offers that never made it past the ‘close friends’ hype stage
Why Tiana walked away from a thriving creative business to follow a safer path — and how that led her back to her true calling
How we both reframed “failure” as part of building clarity, resilience, and alignment
Why we’re not afraid to own our mistakes — and what we’re taking with us into the next season of business
You’re not failing — you’re learning. And in this episode, we’re giving you permission to laugh, cringe, and growthrough it all with us.

Navigating Business with Your Best Friend (And How It Could’ve Gone Horribly Wrong — But Didn’t) [EP2]
“You should never mix friendship and business.”
We’ve all heard it — and in this episode, we’re calling BS.
Running a business with your best friend can be a disaster… but it can also be one of the most expansive, fulfilling, and aligned things you ever do — if you build it right.
In this juicy follow-up to our first episode, we’re lifting the lid on how we’ve made it work (and continue to), even through high-pressure seasons like bodybuilding prep, big personal transitions, and the inevitable ups and downs of startup life.
We share:
Why we ignored the “don’t go into business with friends” advice
The boundaries, communication, and deep respect that keep our friendship and business thriving
How we navigate different energy seasons without resentment
The intentional space we hold for both personal and professional growth — side by side
What we didn’t expect when we launched BBL… and what we’ve learned since
Whether you're thinking of going into business with a friend, or just curious about how we manage it all without burning out (or blowing up), this episode is a real look into the inner workings of a bestie-built brand.

From each others first clients to ✨Besties In Biz✨ [EP1]
In this raw and laughter-filled episode, we’re taking you behind the scenes of a friendship that didn’t just happen — it was built. From the initial “soft launch” of our bond during a group holiday, to poolside chats where our partners became instant best mates (thank god!), to vulnerable conversations in the car about wanting more from our friendship — this episode traces the full evolution of how we became each other’s person.
We open up about past friendship wounds, the heartbreak of losing best friends, and the intentional work it took to create what we now have. There were awkward chats, emotional risks, weekly FaceTimes, voice note ‘dates’, and yes — moments where we had to grieve the past to fully receive the depth of connection we were calling in.
We talk about the trust it took to go all-in, the hilarity of becoming "those" besties overnight, and the surprising role our partners played in anchoring it all. And then... came the business. BBL (Build Brand Launch) was the natural next chapter — but it didn’t come without its own challenges.
We’ll tell that story and more in this episode — and in part two, we’ll take you behind the curtain of what it’s really like to be in business with your best friend.
This is for the women who are craving deeper friendships, grieving old ones, or wondering how to find their person — and how to keep them. It’s messy. It’s magic. And it’s all here.
