So let me tell you about a study that I think every golfer should hear. A researcher in Australia named Andrea Fatkin got curious about golf warm-ups. And her team had already found something kind of embarrassing for the rest of us. In a survey of over 1,000 amateur golfers, about 70% said they never or rarely warm up before they play. 70%.
