#19: Windows vs. macOS | Software Subscriptions Suck | Rethinking Folders - Brandon Wolfe
The guys are joined by Brandon Wolfe, a cybersecurity major at RIT, to discuss tag-based file systems, AI agents and privacy, Windows vs. macOS, whether Apple could ever sell macOS or servers, the MacBook Neo, and software subscriptions.

Fact check (01:02:00): Apple did make servers. The Xserve rack server ran Mac OS X Server from 2002 until Apple discontinued it in January 2011; Steve Jobs said "hardly anyone was buying them." The server software lived on as the macOS Server app until April 2022. Apple doesn't sell servers today, but it does run its own Apple silicon servers for Apple Intelligence through Private Cloud Compute. The enterprise service Finian mentions is Apple Business, launched April 2026, which lets companies set up and manage employees' Apple devices for free.
