This is the final episode of Season 2 and the final chapter of Beyond the Space – My Life Story.
In this episode, I reflect on one of the biggest lessons life has taught me: people’s words can change, but I have learned to place my trust in God and believe that He will guide me towards what comes next.
I talk about the new chapter in my personal life, my relationship that began in March 2025, and a special memory from Cozetto—when a simple comic poster of me boxing with my coach at Boxxburn caught the attention of children and visitors at an exhibition. It was a small moment that made me realise something bigger: there is an identity and a life for me beyond the office.
I also talk about my son and his funny reaction to my regular trips to Kottayam. What looks like a boring place to him today is actually something his dad is slowly trying to build for the future.
And then there is VaylArik.
What started as an idea for a homestay has become a journey of learning about serviced villas, licences, regulations, hospitality and building something of my own.
I don't know how many people this podcast will eventually reach. But I do know that telling my story has helped me understand where I have been—and, more importantly, where I want to go next.
Some chapters are closing. New ones are beginning.
My life story doesn't end with this podcast.
Maybe the best chapters haven't been written yet.

I Knew What I Didn’t Want VaylArik to Become | Beyond the Space – My Life Story
I thought starting a homestay would be simple. But the deeper I went, the more I realised how much work, planning and decision-making was actually involved.
Along the way, people had very different ideas about what VaylArik could become — including turning it into a private place for parties, drinking and card games. That wasn’t the direction I wanted.
At the same time, things were changing in my professional life. I began questioning my role in IT and started relying more on documentation, records and AI to keep track of what was actually discussed.
Two very different parts of my life were moving in opposite directions. In one, I was questioning how much influence I had. In the other, I was slowly discovering the freedom to build something on my own terms.
This episode of Beyond the Space – My Life Story is about that turning point — when VaylArik started becoming more than an old cottage beside a field, and I started understanding what I wanted it to stand for.

The Place I Never Planned to Build | The Beginning of VaylArik
Sometimes the next chapter of your life begins in a place you never expected.
VaylArik started long before it had a name. In 2007, my parents bought a piece of land in my dad’s childhood place and built a small one-bedroom cottage as their personal getaway.
At the time, I honestly had very little interest in the place.
Then, in 2025, my mom saw a possibility — why not turn the cottage into a place where people could stay?
That simple idea changed the way I looked at it.
I began researching what it would take to make it happen, using AI and deep research to understand the licences, requirements and steps involved. Repairs, the rainy season and the decision not to accept guests before we were ready all became part of the journey.
This episode isn't about my past.
It's about what I'm building now and where I want to go next.
A place I once had no reason to visit is slowly becoming something deeply connected to my future.
