A show dedicated to making Bitcoin accessible to everyone, not just the technically-minded. In this show I interview industry leaders and do solo deep-dives to explore the ideas, history, and technology behind sound money. My approach is simple: complex topics don't have to be complicated. Whether you're brand new to Bitcoin or a seasoned holder, the Bitcoin Advisory Podcast offers insights you won't find anywhere else.
How Rising Bond Yields Reach Your Mortgage and Savings
In 1993, James Carville said he wanted to come back as the bond market, because it can intimidate everybody. A year later it proved him right. Rates jumped, and Orange County, California, went bankrupt after its treasurer bet they would stay low. This quarter, US borrowing costs rose about as fast as in any quarter since then. The 10-year Treasury yield went from 4.44% at the end of June to 5.29% at the end of September, and briefly touched 5.34% on 1 October, the highest since 2002.You feel that even if you never buy a bond, because the Treasury rate is the floor that mortgages, car loans and business loans are priced from. The government itself is like a family whose mortgage keeps resetting higher. It owes over $40 trillion, pays about 3.5% on average, and new 10-year money now costs more than 5%. It already spends more on interest than on defense. In this video I go through the four ways a government can find that money, who ends up paying in each case, and why the fourth one, letting the money quietly lose its value, doesn't exist for Bitcoin.Chapters0:00 The bond market can intimidate everybody1:01 The question1:17 What a bond is1:57 What just happened to yields2:43 Why it reaches you3:34 The government's mortgage4:37 Four ways out5:55 How inflation pays a debt8:13 Tied to the mast8:56 Bitcoin's fixed supply9:32 Back to 1994My website: https://www.bitcoinadvisory.co/Not financial advice.

6 Principles for Reading Any Market Crash
Every market crash looks like chaos until you have a framework. This week handed us a perfect case study: gold, Bitcoin, and the AI stocks all fell together, and the one thing going up was the dollar, the very thing you hold gold and Bitcoin to escape. That looks like proof the hard-money trade failed. It's the opposite. In this episode I lay out six simple principles for reading any crash, using this week as the example, so the next time everything falls at once you'll know exactly what it's telling you.The big idea: a week like this is a verdict on the dollar, not on the assets. We cover what "the dollar went up" actually means (it comes down to interest rates), why the most liquid hedge falls hardest without being the most broken, what Strategy selling 32 of its 840,000 coins really says about leverage, and why a week where cash wins says nothing about who wins the decade. This is educational content only, not financial advice.

The Money Printer Is Never Turning Off Again
Your money is quietly losing value every year and last week made it official.
Everyone called the latest Federal Reserve meeting a show of "discipline." Look closer and it was the opposite: a quiet admission that the people in charge of the dollar can no longer do the one thing that protects it.
In this video I break down, in plain English, why prices keep climbing, why $39 trillion in debt has backed the system into a corner, and why printing more money is now the only realistic way out. Then I'll show you what that means for protecting your savings.
This is the full story behind my article "The Confession Disguised as a Hold." We start with what actually happened, build it up step by step from first principles, look at how this exact pattern played out 2,000 years ago in Rome, and end with the one question that matters: in a world where the money supply only goes up, what do you own that can't be printed?
