This led to the founding of OnRamp, a non-profit that has donated reliable vehicles to hundreds of hard-working families in need to help them on the road to self-sufficiency. Through OnRamp, Blake has partnered with and consulted for many non-profit and faith-based ministries serving a wide range of needs. He's coached organizations in strategic planning, client care, program development and measurement, board leadership, staffing, fundraising, marketing, church relations, and community partnerships. His guests come from a wide range of non-profits, ministries, churches, businesses, and universities.</p>
