You say, oh, I'm so sorry to hear that versus being an empath. Being an empath means you actually feel people's energy and people's emotions and their physical things. I am definitely an empath. For example, if my child were to call me and say, I broke my toe, my toe would immediately start to hurt, which I always thought was really weird. And I also feel people very deeply. If I go into a crowd of people, it can be overwhelming for me because I'm picking up energetically on people. […]
