<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">在地球上之所以能移动,只有一个原因,那就是地心引力。若没有地心引力,再简单的竞赛都无法进行。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><br>在地球上,如果你想要移动,你就必须把地心引力导向你想开始移动的方向。<br><br>想象一颗苹果漂浮在无重力的太空中。因为苹果是由特殊质量所构成的物质,所以当地心引力介入后会发生什么事呢?它会开始往下落。<br><br>当它下坠时,它的重量是多少呢?其实,下坠与重量并无关系,直到地面开始支撑苹果时,它才会开始有重量出现。<br><br>所以让我们把自由落下的苹果与摆在桌上拿来比较一下,苹果摆在桌上时,它的底部由桌面支撑。<br><br>由于地心引力促使两者互相支撑,所以才能把质量转成重量。<br><br>现在我们来看看重力和移动有什么关系。如果你现在正用关键跑姿站着,地心引力作用在你身上,你的体重只会表现在你身体的支撑点上。<br><br>以现在这个例子来看,脚掌是你感受体重压力的所在。<br><br>由于地心引力以及你与地面互相支撑,体重才会形成地心引力,已经带来向下的力量。肌肉是用来平衡与抵抗,这股力量要开始移动,你只要把重量转移到支撑点的前方即可。<br><br>现在到了这个阶段,才需要主动利用肌肉的力量把脚掌朝臀部的方向拉起。<br><br></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">大部分的跑者都会把注意力放在落地的动作,也就是下一个支撑点。事实上你应该注意的是把脚掌从地面上拉起的动作。<br><br>只有支撑在地面的脚掌能够改变位置,你可以把腾空脚想成反应器,在失去平衡时,它会自然作出反应。<br><br></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">试想看看如果有人从身旁推你一把,你会主动想到脚掌的落地位置吗?或者你只是无意识地做出反射动作?<br><br></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">那就是为何我们主动示例的动作是拉起而非落下,从一只脚换到另一只脚,这种转换支撑的动作即是移动的基本定义。<br><br></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">所以要记住,尽管我们要专注在转换支撑的效率上,但不要忘记我们能够跑步的唯一理由是因为地心引力。<br></p><span><br></span>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">大家好,我是德文。今天分享一个词,叫做『知觉』,Perception。<br><br>你也许已经知道知觉这个字的意思,但你可能不太清楚为何它能使你变成一位更好的跑者。<br><br>让我们从几个例子开始。<br><br>想想看分辨冷水和热水容易,还是温水与温度略高的水,哪个会比较容易?<br><br>是区分10公斤与1公斤容易,还是区分1公斤与0.99公斤容易?<br><br>这就是知觉的本质,能够分辨出最细微的差别。<br><br>以跑者为例,在跑步时,你或许能分辨出脚掌落地与离地的差异。<br><br>这就像是分辨冷水与热水。<br><br>你愈认真调教你的知觉,你就能注意到更多细微的差异。<br><br>像是脚掌落地后脚底的压力轨迹会是脚掌与身体的相对位置。<br><br>知觉训练计划中大部分的技术动作都在提升你的知觉,了解这些不同的元素在跑步中所扮演的角色,能帮你在一感到不舒服时就进行修正,以免这些错误更严重或是演变成长期的运动伤害。<br><br>许多运动能力的发展都取决于知觉的提升。<br><br>在训练时,每个人都有其生理上的限制,但知觉上的提升却永无止境,只有技术能释放你真正的潜力。<br><br>当你在知觉训练中持续取得进展时,你会想要努力在跑步时能够感受到最细微的差异。<br></p>
