ان كل شيء في الحياة مبتغى ليس وجوده عن خطأ او عن صدفٍ فكل الأحداث نعمًا قدمت الينا لكي نتعلم منها .. واعلم ان اشد ما يُختبر بهِ المرءُ هو الرضا في موضع الحرمان او الفقد ، او الحزن ، فالرضا هو اساس الانطلاق لك ، وحاول ان تكون ممتنا للأشياء التي لديك الآن ، اشخاص رائعون ، اهل واحبة ، اشياء تملكها او كنت تتمنى ان تملكها ، امتنِ لوجودها لتزيد نعمة بقائهاعند النوم او عند الاستيقاظ ، امتن للهواء النقي في صباحات العطل الشتوية ، لكوب الشاي الذي تشربهُ بهدوء ..فأن كل شيء نعتاد وجودهُ و لا نمتن لهُ ، للاسف ربما قد يرحل ، وهذا هو سبب السلام الداخلي لذواتنا وان يعوضنا الله خيرًا مما فقدنا .. هل ترى ان هكذا محتوى مفيد ؟ تواصلوا معنا واخبرونا رأيكم حول حلقاتنا. . #بودكاست #هامش #امتنان #حب #2024 #اهداف #سلام_داخلي

دوبامين الأوهام
