تناولت في الحلقة الثالثة بعض العادات التي يمارسها الناس حولنا و يؤذونا بها بقصد أو دونه , إياك أن تؤذي نفسك بالصبر على علاقات ترهقك و تزهق روحك كل يوم شيئاً فشيئاً. تذكر أنك لم توجد علىٰ هذه الأرض للتحمل بل للعيش و تذكر أنه بإمكانك قـول لا عند الحاجة لـذلك أو عندما يكون الأمر فوق طاقتك وقدرتك. عليك عـيش الحياة بخفة وانسيابية مع تجاربها، لا أن تحمل أثقالًا تهلك كتفيك كل يوم.
