<p>S1E3 - Confusion to Curiosity</p> <p><strong>Hey There!!</strong></p> <p>In these ever challenging days, if we take a pause and ask ourselves about a pertaining question, are we confused or curious??</p> <p>The answer comes - we are curiously confused.</p> <p>The source of confusion could be due many things but one thing comes out that we are also curious.</p> <p>Curiosity is the antidote to ignorance.</p> <p>If we go deep, we can understand that, children are the true sum of curiosity. Research says until the age of 7 children are so much curious that they would explore anything and everything that fascinates them.</p> <p>In the other hand, we adults are not utilizing the true aspects of curiosity. We delve into the negative side of it as we feed fear, anxiety, worry into our subconscious.</p> <p>Actually global netizens of 21st century die at the age of 20 and buried at the age of 80. We are living same life, thinking same negative thoughts, feeling same emotional roadblocks and doing same actions and we call it as life.</p> <p>The solution is we need to feed our curiosity index positively so that we can explore the un-explorable, we can think the unthinkable, we can do un-doable making our life enriched.</p> <p>In short, “Be Curious” because Curiosity is the antidote for Ignorance.</p>

S1E2 -Confusion to Consciousness
<p>Hey there!!</p> <p>From the moment we wake up in the morning till we go to bed in the night, we come across multiple check points where we need to take instant decisions based on the available choices we have. Majority of times, we take choices hastily and carried away by our pseudo-emotional behaviors. We often bring in the present either caught up in the irreversible past or in the anxious future. When we pretend to be in the present moment, we trapped in the corridor of uncertainty. In that zone we chased thoughts, emotions and that lead to actions. And life feels like full of chaos. The point comes, what is the way forward and solution. In this episode we tried to bring some insights, clarity.</p> <p>The moment we move through life from mindlessness to mindfulness we stay present, we become aware. Instead of playing in the corridor of uncertainty, we consciously connect with our our inner self and we slow down. That moment helps us identifying and understanding “internal text messages” which is instinct, gut, yellow alerts.</p> <p>In these days, when data is moving faster than the light, it is obvious we would confuse. But to come out of confusion we should consciously connect with our own being to understand “why we do what we do” while staying in the present moment.</p> <p>If you have any question, please write us back.</p> <p><br></p>
