<p>A collection of stories from Page One Writers group in the West Coast of Newfoundland and Labrador. We are a group that are dedicated to authors, both published and unpublished in the West Coast of Newfoundland and Labrador. Since 1987 our goal has been to unlock people's creative potential and develop skills in writing. Our members have dedicated a lot of their time and energy into their stories. This podcast will feature all kinds of stories from fishing, to the paranormal, and everything in between. So sit back, relax, and enjoy our show.</p><p>Land acknowledgement: This podcast has been recorded on the unceded territory of the Beothuk and Mi'kmaq peoples. This island of Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland) was once home to the rich and diverse culture of the Beothuk people, who's stories we have lost. This land is also home to the Mi'kmaw people, and this podcast will feature a small, but important part of their rich and diverse culture, story, and history. We are committed to Ktaqmkuk's diversity and upholding the importance of reconciliation with the First Peoples.</p><p>Our works may feature copyright-free music provided by YouTube. Track names used will be in the episodes they're used in along with the artist.
