Episode 03 - Honouring true self through reclaiming her sexuality with Chloe Bennett

In this episode of Cacao Convos, I interview the wonderful Chloe Bennet. Chloe is a writer & conduit for deep soul remembrance through the lens of human design, metaphysical body wisdom and her own intuitive abilities.

Through what many have described as a nurturing no BS approach Chloe guides and activates women to embody unshakable self trust so you can feel at home within yourself as you swim in throughout the beautiful wild waters of life. Whether it be through her 1:1 containers, custom poetry or the big vision currently brewing you can be sure that Chloe will activate something truly magic within you.

There were multiple avenues we could’ve travelled down for this conversation but we decided to explore Chloe’s experience of reclaiming her sexuality. Chloe vulnerably shares how she went from breaking point in her life to breakthrough and shares the ins and outs of some big life decisions she made, and why. We explore how in todays society there is a binary way of communicating around our sexuality and Chloe shares her tips on how a simply change in language could shift so much of the sigma around sexuality, for so many people.

She shares how the phrase “coming out” never resonated for her and why and how going through this process of reclaiming her sexuality, was actually the deepest honouring of her true self.

I know you are going to love this conversation with Chloe and I’m sure you’ll be as captivated by her voice as I am, every time I hear her speak.

If you’d like to read more about Chloe’s work, you can find her at

Website - www.chloebennettco.com
Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/chloebennett.co/

Grab your cup of Nourish Hub Ceremonial Grade Cacao, and let’s dive in!

If you would like to experience the heart-opening magic of our Ceremonial Grade Cacao, you can find out more at: https://nourishhub.com.au/products/ceremonial-grade-cacao
You can also learn more about Shannon's work at @nourishhubcacao and @nourish.hub.coz

Episode 02 - Honouring our true self through Womb Medicine and our ancestral lineage, with Kimberley Peters

In this episode on Cacao Convos, I interview my dear friend, Kimberley.

Kimberley is an embodied, grounded, potent Womb Healer. She specialises in Women's Health with a focused interest in fertility and reproductive health imbalances. She dives deep into her work with passion, sensitivity and empathy, walking with women on their fertility and menstrual health journeys. She understands that to ready our bodies for healing, healthy cycles and hormones, conscious conception and pregnancy, we need to connect into our womb wisdom and nurture our heart to womb connection. Kimberley's work centres around the guiding principle that for women to flourish with optimal health, fertility and menstrual harmony, Womb Medicine needs to play an integral role and is the missing link to the holistic framework of women’s health. Kimberley practices Reproductive Health Massage & Bodywork in Hampton, Melbourne and is completing her studies in Acupuncture and Herbal Chinese Medicine.

In this episode, we explore how womb medicine can connect us to our true selves. There are many beautiful topics and avenues explored in this episode such as:
- what womb medicine is and how we can incorporate it into our daily lives
- exploring the 9 layers of the womb and what lies within
- the mother wound: how it presents, how to face it and how to heal it
- ancestral trauma and lineage and how we can come to know ourselves more deeply, through honouring and exploring this lineage.

This is a deep, beautiful conversation that I know you’ll all enjoy and be fascinated by.

If you are interested in learning more from Kimberley and in working with her, you can find her on Instagram at _kimberleypeters. I will leave links to her work in the show notes too.

As always, the intention behind these episodes is to share experiences and modalities from embodied teachers who I feel show up and authentically express their true selves. My hope is that you learn something new, that you hear parts of yourself in our stories and that you discover new techniques that enable you to connect back to your true self. Cosy up with a cup of Nourish Hub Ceremonial Grade Cacao and tune in!
https://www.instagram.com/_kimberleypeters/

If you would like to experience the heart-opening magic of our Ceremonial Grade Cacao, you can find out more at: https://nourishhub.com.au/products/ceremonial-grade-cacao
You can also learn more about Shannon's work at @nourishhubcacao and @nourish.hub.co
