[…] Both very good ideas. So how does the audit work? So essentially you have a program that's already running. What if it's not a program that's running? I think there would have to be some kind of an evaluation. It wouldn't be an audit exactly because you're right. If it doesn't exist, it can't be audited. So I don't know exactly how that would work. Your organization have put Prop 43 on the ballot. Can you tell us about that one? Prop 43 is really important. This makes it harder to raise local taxes after the courts made it easier to raise local taxes. The backstory on this is that in 1978 and again in 1996, the voters put something in the Constitution that says special taxes at the local level need a two-thirds vote of the electorate. […]
