Releasing Negativity in Your Life

The year, 2020, was definitely not what we all expected it to be.  It was a year filled with all forms of negativity in the world.  We were constantly bombarded from every side by hate, hateful words, negative relationships, coronavirus, conspiracy theories, and more…. Like we have never experienced before.  Those bombardments impacted our body, mind and spirit in ways none of us expected. Beginning this year, 2021, we need to renew our life.  In this post, we are going to clean out all the negativity through meditation, mindfulness and positive prayers.
