We explore ways of relating to it that help us to live from a place of more freedom.</p>

<p class="">How often do we say, ‘I’ve had a bad day’, or ‘I’ve had a good day’?<br><br>We mostly judge this by the amount of negative thoughts and feelings we have. <br><br>This is because we consider difficult thoughts and feelings to be bad which is a major part of our suffering.<br><br>What if we could bring compassion to our human experience so that no days are judged as being ‘bad’?<br><br>In this week’s session we will learn the three steps for experiencing all that life brings us with less suffering and more ease.<br><br>We will also do a grounding, calming guided meditation.</p>

<p class="">Tame the emotional dragon!</p><p class="">It’s hard for us not to want to get rid of our emotional dragons. The fear, the shame, the anger.<br><br>The truth of life is that they will keep appearing. It’s a fundamental part of being human. However, this doesn’t mean we have to suffer from them so much. <br><br>In reality, it’s not what’s happening - the rising emotion - but how we relate to it that causes the suffering. <br><br>In Tuesday’s session we look at how by relating to our emotional experience with mindfulness and compassion, we can turn our dragons into mice that come and go without bothering us so much.<br><br>Join us as we explore how we can step out of this battle so that we can be more at peace even in stressful times.<br><br>We will also do a grounding, calming guided meditation.</p>
