Exceso de Cinismo
¡Caminantes Gorditos! A raíz de la pandemia por COVID-19, la Secretaría de Salud en México, pidió que todos los alimentos procesados tuvieran un etiquetado alertando a la población de lo que contenían en exceso. Todos lo hicieron, pero ningún producto o empresa ha hecho algo por modificar sus fórmulas. Entonces ¿no hay un Exceso de cinismo? ¿Ustedes se sienten con culpa por comprar productos con sellos? ig- @nosotroselbarrio

Dificultad para hacer ejercicio
¡CAMINANTES GORDITOS! Después de un año y medio, pude grabar caminando. En esta caminata platiqué de lo difícil que ha sido ser regular para hacer ejercicio en pandemia, salir a caminar y grabar ya no es lo mismo que antes. Pero el intento se hace de lo contrario los estragos se harán presentes en un futuro no lejano. Pero ustedes ¿cómo le hacen para ejercitarse en estos tiempos? Nos escuchamos en la siguiente caminata.
