Some experts hide behind jargon and complexity, and then there's Dr. Matt Cain's strategy, which is more like a coach in your ear than a professor at a podium: simple works.
Cain has spent his career refusing to stay in one lane; he's been a student athlete, strength coach, department chair, and entrepreneur, and that restlessness shows up in how he thinks about teaching. He's not interested in silos. Not in the classroom, where he's learned that flexibility earns more trust than rigidity ever could. Not in his field, where he insists the gap between training a first-time gym-goer and a professional athlete is smaller than anyone admits.
