EP #6 | Education Consultancies: What should we know? | Dhiraj Kandel
<p>In the sixth episode of Canadakokura, we had a conversation with Mr. Dhiraj Kandel, who has been in the consultancy business for over five years and also works as a consultant himself. This time, he is visiting colleges in Canada to gather information and better position himself to provide guidance to aspiring students when he returns to Nepal. During his visits to these colleges, he engaged in discussions with Nepalese students and university representatives.<br/>Mr. Kandel observed that many students are occupied with part-time jobs, leaving them with limited time to invest in exploring the college facilities. He attributes this to the students' financial preparation, as they often prioritize short-term goals such as covering living expenses and repaying student loans. <br/>He emphasizes that this approach hinders their personal growth. Students must be prepared to face all aspects of student life in Canada. EP #5 | How to become a nurse in Canada | Mamta Karki
<p>The 5th episode of CanadakoKura is filled with inspiration and insightful information for those aspiring to pursue or transition into a career in the medical field. Mrs. Mamta Karki a registered nurse in Canada since 2015 shares a lot about her field, Healthcare in Canada, and the life of nurses.<br/><br/>Being a part of Canadian Healthcare, she shares the strengths and weaknesses of it. She also shares what healthcare is like for citizens or permanent residents in Canada. She believes Canadian Healthcare is fair and sees everyone as citizens regardless of their social class.<br/><br/>Many times, in life we feel that it is not going to work out for us, Mrs. Mamata says that at these very times, we must be strong. She took the chance right after her maternity and enrolled in the course which would later become a ladder to become an RN in Canada. <p>In the fourth episode of Canadakokura, we had a very insightful conversation with Mr. Avishek Shrestha. He compares his life to the narrative of the movie "12th Fail." Hailing from the humble rural region of Letang, Nepal, he encountered numerous challenges for things that most of us take for granted. <br/><br/>Coming from one of the rural parts of Nepal called Letang he missed most of the things that we take for granted. He did not have the luxury of IELTS coaching center or consultancy around his place which made him do his research.
