Although I've been eating, I literally ate lion's mane and oyster mushrooms with a chicken stir fry for dinner tonight, that I'm growing in straw bags on my front porch. So. Cool. I should create a controlled environment. The other thing I should mention with the mushrooms too is you can actually, once you get them started, so I've got the mycelium that we just talked about with basically organism, right? So I use the mycelium like a seed. So I'll take the mycelium of let's say oyster mushrooms, and then I've got some straw or I've got whatever my medium, I've got a log, I've got wood chips, I've got coffee grounds, whatever I want to grow it.
