I am here to share my journey to self love and spiritual healing. Through my journey I would love to enlighten others on the importance of self love and spiritual health. I want to create a space where those who already practice spiritual health feel comfortable and engaged. I also want to open the space up to people who are new to the journey as well. There are many ways in which one can practice spiritual healing. I will be focusing on holistic healing. Lets have some fun be open and heal together.
CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME I WAS WRONG WITHOUT ME MAKING THEM THE ENEMY?
🌿 WEDNESDAY EPISODE —
Healing Family, accountability becomes a little more uncomfortable when someone else sees what we did not see first.
Sometimes correction touches more than our behavior.
It touches our pride.
Our insecurity.
Old wounds.
Our fear of being misunderstood.
And before we have even determined whether what was said is true, we may already be explaining, defending, shutting down, or deciding that the person correcting us is against us.
But what if correction does not automatically mean rejection?
📖 “The ear that heareth the reproof of life abideth among the wise.” — Proverbs 15:31 KJV
In tonight’s episode, we are talking about how to:
🌿 hear correction without immediately defending ourselves
💛 separate a behavior from our identity
🙏🏾 recognize truth even when the delivery was imperfect
🦋 examine repeated feedback without automatically accepting guilt
✨ reject false accusations without becoming unteachable
🌱 remain secure enough in God to admit, “I was wrong there”
One of the biggest truths I want us to carry from this conversation is:
🔥 Teachability is not gullibility.
I do not have to believe every criticism.
But I also do not want pride, shame, or defensiveness deciding what I reject before wisdom ever gets a chance to examine it.
And sometimes the most mature response is simply:
“I hear you. Let me think and pray about that.”
Healing Family, what is hardest for you when receiving correction: listening without defending, separating behavior from identity, or deciding what is actually yours to receive?
If this episode speaks to you, like, share, and subscribe so someone else who may need this conversation can find it too. 💛

🌿 MONDAY CONVERSATIONS + When Intention and Impact Are Not the Same Thing
🌿 MONDAY CONVERSATIONS + NEW EPISODE
When Intention and Impact Are Not the Same Thing
Healing Family, tonight we are going a little deeper into Walking in Accountability.
Sometimes somebody tells us something we did hurt them, and before they can even finish explaining, our minds are already preparing the defense:
“But that’s not what I meant.”
“You took it the wrong way.”
“I would never intentionally do that.”
And maybe all of that is true.
But accountability asks another question:
What did it produce?
📖 “He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.” — Proverbs 18:13 KJV
📖 “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:” — James 1:19 KJV
Healing Family, intention matters.
Impact matters.
And maturity requires enough honesty to examine both.
🔥 Tonight’s Anchor:
My intentions matter—but maturity asks me to care about what my actions produced too.
This conversation is not about accepting every accusation.
It is not about carrying blame that does not belong to you.
It is about learning to listen without immediately becoming defensive, acknowledge impact without confessing to motives that were never yours, and ask:
“Is there anything true here that I need to own?”
Because sometimes I can mean well and still have something to learn.
Sometimes I can have a good heart and still handle something poorly.
Sometimes I can be misunderstood and still discover something useful about my behavior.
And sometimes someone can be affected by my choice without that automatically meaning my choice was wrong.
That is why accountability requires truth, grace, and discernment. 🌿
💭 Healing Family, which is harder for you: hearing that your actions had an impact you did not intend—or explaining your intent without becoming defensive?
If this conversation helps you, like, share, and subscribe so we can keep growing together and get these conversations in front of someone else who may need them. 💛🦋

Healing Requires Me to Own What Is Mine.

I DIDN’T MEAN IT THAT WAY—BUT WHAT DID IT PRODUCE?

WHEN GOD GIVES YOU A VOICE, HE ALSO GIVES YOU RESPONSIBILITY
Healing Family, some of us spent years trying to find our voice.
We had to learn how to speak up.
How to say what hurt.
How to ask questions.
How to set boundaries.
How to stop disappearing.
But finding our voice is not the end of the journey.
Now comes stewardship.
Because having something to say does not always mean it needs to be said immediately, publicly, or without wisdom.
📖 “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” — Ephesians 4:29 KJV
Tonight we’re talking about the difference between speaking freely and speaking wisely.
We’re getting into:
🌿 truth and timing
💛 speaking with grace
🦋 protecting what someone trusted us with
✨ the responsibility that comes with influence
🙏🏾 temperance in what we say, post, forward, and repeat
🔥 and the difference between silence that is wisdom and silence that is fear
One of the biggest truths I want us to carry tonight is this:
Healing taught me that my voice matters. Maturity teaches me that other people are affected by how I use it.
And another:
Everything I feel deserves acknowledgement. Everything I feel does not automatically deserve an audience.
This episode is not about shrinking again.
It is about learning how to use the voice God restored with wisdom, discernment, grace, and responsibility.
🔥 Tonight’s Anchor:
My voice is powerful enough to deserve wisdom.
Healing Family, come ready to reflect.
Which area are you growing in most right now: speaking when necessary, pausing before responding, protecting what was entrusted to you, or choosing better timing?
