January is a loaded month, it feels like we need to start fresh and declare new goals and intentions and seemingly overnight morph into a  better version of ourselves. December was a really hard, long, sad month and the pivot into fresh start has been hard BUT we’ve taken time to sit down and really consider what a better, more meaningful life looks like and it’s a series of better and more meaningful days.
