We discussed why it might be better to freeze dry your own meals as oppose to buying from companies that sale freeze dried meals. I know I had a guest who distributes freeze dried meals. However, there are advantages to making your own freeze-dried meals. We discussed that. We also talked about preserving meat, canning, and glassing eggs.
