Should the constitution be changed?
<p>In Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803), the Supreme Court held that <strong>Congress cannot pass laws that are contrary to the Constitution</strong>, and it is the role of the judicial system to interpret what the Constitution permits.Without the U.S. Constitution, the United States would likely be a very different country, potentially with significantly less individual liberty and a more centralized government. The Constitution establishes a system of government with defined powers, <strong>checks and balances, and fundamental rights for citizens, all of which would be absent. This could lead to a variety of negative consequences. </strong></p><p>The Constitution divides power between different branches of government (legislative, executive, and judicial) and between the federal and state governments, preventing any one entity from becoming too powerful. <strong>Without this structure, the government could become centralized and authoritarian, with the potential for tyranny. Do you see America heading that way in less than 4 years ?</strong></p><p>The Bill of Rights, which is part of the Constitution, guarantees fundamental rights like freedom of speech, religion, and the press, as well as protection from government overreach. Without these protections, citizens could face arbitrary actions by the government, including restrictions on their freedoms and potential abuses of power. have this been violated by mixing politics with the Supreme Court judges to be fair only to a certain party who will try to defy a judge's order of a lower court? Is that unconstitutional? </p>
