嘉宾：刘三等 VS 我大姐<br><br>多数职场人，会在职场中选择隐藏自己的真实想法，并认为展示需求会有种“羞耻感”，而最终选择“趋同”式隐藏需求。比如加薪羞耻、“say no”羞耻等。职场中的“羞耻感”或许无处不在，而大方地表达自我需求，或可以更好地避免被“拿捏”。

人生，要学会拒绝！<br><br>季羡林在《季羡林谈人生》一书中写道：<br>能够百分之六十为他人着想，百分之四十为自己着想，他就是一个及格的好人。<br>为人处世，凡事懂得给自己留三分余地，懂得拒绝，适度自私，我们才能更好的和这个世界相处。<br>所谓万事皆有度，过犹不及，生命中的任何关系都要有底线、有原则。<br>人的一生，要学会对负责自己，适度自私，懂得拒绝的人，才能活得更加坦然和自在。<br>01. 学会拒绝，是一种本事<br>人活于世，总是不善拒绝。<br>拒绝就像是说出自己的小秘密一样，难以启齿。<br>与人相处时，与人为善的思想根深蒂固，就像长期吸烟一样，已经成了习惯。<br>宁可委屈自己，也不愿意把拒绝的话说出口。<br>不善拒绝的人，会让自己的人生平白多很多负累感，过得很不舒心，可是当有人再次提出要求的时候，自己还是不敢拒绝。<br>学会拒绝，是一种本事，也是一种能力。<br>一禅小和尚说过：<br>“世界上活得最累的人，就是不懂拒绝的人。”<br>一味地去成全别人的请求，让自己付出越来越多的代价，得来的不是自己想要的那种深厚的感情，而是让别人觉得你的时间和精力很廉价。<br>好说话，什么忙都肯帮，不代表一个人的能力强。<br>学会拒绝，才会活得“舒坦”。<br><br>02.不合理的要求，学会拒绝<br>太宰治在《人间失格》里说：<br>“我的不幸，恰恰在于我缺乏拒绝的能力，我害怕一旦拒绝别人，便会在心里留下永远无法愈合的裂痕。”<br>在那本书中，主人公叶藏从出生开始就要小心翼翼地迎合所有人，用尽心思的想要博取大家的欢心，竭尽全力想要融入这个社会。<br>渴望被理解，渴望被认同，但最终失去了真正的自我，丧失了做人的资格，成为了一个毫无希望的人。<br>太宰治描绘了很多人内心隐秘的想法，有的时候我不敢拒绝，其实只是因为害怕而已。<br>其实我们都应该明白，帮助别人是情分，不帮是本分。<br>没有什么事是天经地义，理所当然的，当我们开口拒绝的时候，也不必感到愧疚难过，因为那本来就是属于我们的权利。<br>就像有句话说的：“你都不懂得拒绝，又哪里来的朋友。”<br><br><br>03.做一个“不好说话”的人<br>从今往后，做一个“不好说话”的人，坚守原则和底线，先做好自己再成全他人。<br>其实，拒绝不一定就会得罪人，一味配合也不一定就能够收拢人心。<br>物以稀为贵，想要提升自己的地位，就要懂得保持沉默和果断拒绝，话少才为金玉良言，罕见的认可方显机会难得。<br>人心就是这样，大家会不自觉地将随处可得看清，将难得一见看重。<br>无论你是谁都没必要过度地压低自己的身价，该拒绝的时候就拒绝，只有这样你的配合才有可能收获对方的感恩。<br>毕淑敏说：<br>“拒绝是一种权利，就像生存是一种权利。”<br>我们要用好这个只属于自己的权利，虽然与人为善是好，但拒绝帮助也不一定就是坏。<br>每个人都有自由选择权，你要让世界明白，帮是情分，不帮是本分。<br><br>写在最后<br>三毛说过：<br>“不要害怕拒绝别人，因为当一个人开口提出要求的时侯，他的心里根本预备好了两种答案，所以给他任何一个其中的答案，都是意料中的。”<br>成败与否，他都有准备，不在于你如何回答。
